Organ transplant is a medical procedure where the function of a damaged organ is replaced with a healthy one from a deceased donor, in order to restore its function in a person who has a serious illness or has been in an accident. This procedure cannot be done without the generous donation of organs. Your decision to donate organs can be indicated on your health insurance card, driver's license, My Number card, or through the internet. Please consider indicating your decision, whether it is "YES" or "NO", to donate organs.
