Introduction of sports facilities managed by FC Tokyo

FC Tokyo has been designated as the administrator for the "Kami-igusa Sports Center" in Suginami City and the "Koganei City General Gymnasium" and "Koganei City Kuriyama Park Health Exercise Center" in Koganei City since April 1, 2009. Additionally, FC Tokyo has been designated as the administrator for the "Myoshoji Gymnasium" in Suginami City since October 1, 2016, the "Eifuku Gymnasium" in Suginami City since September 1, 2018, and the "Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground" and "Matsunoki Athletic Ground" in Suginami City since April 1, 2022, and is responsible for the management and operation of each facility.
The "designated manager system" is a system that allows the management of public facilities, which was previously limited to public bodies (including investment corporations established by public bodies), to be carried out by general corporations and private companies designated by local governments, as well as NPOs, following the amendment of the Local Autonomy Act in 2003.
Since its establishment, FC Tokyo has been contributing to the local community and has been engaged in various activities. The results of these activities have been recognized, and FC Tokyo has been selected as the designated manager for the Kami-igusa Sports Center for 4 terms and for 2 facilities in Kokubunji City for 3 consecutive terms. Additionally, FC Tokyo has been newly selected as the designated manager for the Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground and Matsunoki Athletic Ground in Suginami City. We will continue to work on the management and operation of these facilities in accordance with the team's basic principles, collaborating with various joint venture partners.
