During his time as a U-18 coach, he nurtured players with passionate coaching. He assumed the position of Promotion Department coach in 2007 and has been demonstrating his abilities.

    From Fujieda Higashi High School to Kagoshima University of Physical Education and then to the graduate school of the same university, he pursued a path as a coach. After joining FC Tokyo, he has been active as a coach in the promotion department for a long time. From 2015, he has been responsible for U-12 development and scouting, and from 2023, he will utilize his extensive experience to once again serve as a coach in the promotion department.
