  • For those with a disability certificate,
    customers using a wheelchair + 1 accompanying person: Please purchase "Home Free Seating" tickets.
    2 or more accompanying persons: Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating section to watch the game.
    • In matches where the South Side general admission seats are not open, the South Side rear wheelchair seats cannot be used.
  • For those who do not have a disability certificate, please purchase tickets for the number of people in the wheelchair seating section.
    • Main S Reserved Seat Front North Side Chair Seat, Main S Reserved Seat Front South Side Wheelchair Seat is prioritizing those with disability certificates. Depending on the usage on the day, we may guide you to the Main S Reserved Seat Rear North Side Wheelchair Seat or Main S Reserved Seat Rear South Side Wheelchair Seat, so please understand in advance.
[Visitor Wheelchair Seats]

Wheelchair seats where visitors can watch the game while wearing their team's uniform and merchandise are only available in the front and back south wheelchair seats of the Main S designated seats and the back wheelchair seats of the Visitor designated seats.
Please note that all other seat types will be designated as FC Tokyo cheering seats.

  • For those with a disability certificate,
    Customers using wheelchair seats + 1 accompanying person: Please purchase a visitor designated seat ticket.
    2 or more accompanying persons: Please purchase a ticket for the wheelchair seat type to watch the game.
  • For those who do not have a disability certificate, please purchase tickets for the number of people in the wheelchair seating section.

Wheelchair Accessible Entrance

There is a dedicated entrance. You can also enter from the main gate.

  • Please make sure to bring your disability certificate as we may need to check it at the wheelchair entrance.

  • When applying for the season for the first time, please be sure to submit a copy of your disability certificate to unei@fctokyo.co.jp. If we cannot confirm the submission of your disability certificate, your application will be invalid.
  • After the application deadline, we will contact the registered email address of your J-League ID that you logged in with when you applied, up to 2 business days before the match date. We will send the notification email from unei@fctokyo.co.jp.
    • If you have set up domain filtering, please configure it for "fctokyo.co.jp".
    • Please note that we are unable to accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.

About magnetic loop seats

At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have "magnetic loop seats" available for those who use hearing aids. These seats utilize the "telecoil" function on the hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by the microphone directly to the hearing aids.
Please note that advance reservation is required and those without reservations will not be able to use these seats.
