Ticket resale and transfer can be processed through F.C.TOKYO Tickets.
Please refer to the usage guide below for information on how to list items for official resale and transfer methods to acquaintances.
Notes
The information registered in the J.League ID will be the same as the registration information for SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP. When you update the registration information for J.League ID, the registration information for SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP will also be automatically updated.

About the use of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP discount coupons

By using the discount coupon code printed on the backing paper or listed on the My Page where the membership card is attached, you can receive a discount (or invitation) on the applicable amount when purchasing match tickets at F.C.TOKYO Tickets.

  • You can use a discount coupon code from the start of the ticket member pre-sale.
  • The match in question will be an FC Tokyo home game.
  • You can use one discount coupon code per transaction.
  • If you want to cancel the applied discount coupon code, you need to stop the purchase process once and start over from ticket selection.
  • The discount coupon code for your completed application cannot be reissued.
  • The target match for the completed discount coupon code cannot be changed.
  • After applying the discount coupon code, you cannot add another ticket to the cart. If you want to add another ticket, you need to cancel the purchase process once and start over from ticket selection.
  • Only the ticket amount is eligible for the application of the discount coupon, and various fees are not included.
  • The invitation ticket for all ticket types will be applied to the highest-priced ticket at the time of payment.

Resale Selling tickets for games that cannot be watched

With resale, you can make the most of games you can't attend!

If you have a season ticket, you can sell tickets for games you can't attend to customers who want to watch the game, so you can do it without wasting and with peace of mind♪

Resale Service Schedule
●Service Start Date and Time From the pre-advance ticket sales start date and time of each match
Service End Date and Time Until the opening time of each game day

※If the resale is not completed by the service end date and time, the rights to the ticket will be returned to the seller.

Listing Price

The listing price varies depending on the target match, seat type, and ticket type.
The range of listing values will be displayed on the screen for setting the selling price in step 4 of the resale listing method below.

About fees (for sellers)

The following fees will be deducted from the resale amount and transferred to the designated account.

  • ●Resale application fee: 10% of the agreed amount
  • ●Remittance handling fee: 330 yen (tax included)

  • Ticket transfer procedures are the responsibility of the individual. The club will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the customer or the recipient in the event that the ticket is not transferred successfully due to user error.

  • Transfer or unauthorized use for profit purposes is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized use is confirmed from the visit history, your usage may be suspended and you may be asked to refrain from future purchases.
  • No match history will be recorded if you enter with a transferred ticket.
Seat Type Change Change designated seat annual ticket to general admission

Those who have purchased reserved season tickets will be able to change their seat type to "home free seating" on the day of the 2024 eligible games.
※Subject to change depending on the restrictions.

Reserved seat SOCIO members
We have set up a priority entrance gate for SOCIO designated seat holders at the main gate 3, but we have noticed that some people enter the general seating area immediately after the priority entrance. The general seating area is only accessible to SOCIO general seating ticket holders, so if you wish to watch the game from the general seating area, please follow the procedure below.

    The match will be held at the "Off-site General Information Office" located outside the main Gate 3 on the day of the game.

    Please inform the general information office outside the venue that you would like to change your reserved seat to a general admission seat.

    • ④Upcoming fixtures will be displayed.

      • If both SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP are linked, a notification for the default displayed member will be shown.
