~ Sieg Cup U-12 Soccer Festival in Kijimadaira <Day 1>

The Sieg Cup U-12 Soccer Festival in Kijimadaira has started today!

We gathered early in the morning and traveled together by bus!
It was a long journey, but we safely arrived at a wonderful venue surrounded by nature!

After arriving, we had lunch and communicated with teammates who will be on the same team in this tournament, as well as decided on uniform numbers.

Once preparations for the tournament were complete, the opening ceremony finally began!
We received encouragement for the participating children from Mr. Miyashita of Sieg Corporation, our sponsor, and Mr. Seki, the Education Director of Kijimadaira Village.

After the opening ceremony, we did a warm-up and the matches started!
Each team showed no signs of travel fatigue and delivered excellent performances both offensively and defensively on the natural grass pitch despite the heat.

Today, each team played two or three matches, and after the games ended, we moved to the hotel.
After moving our luggage to each room and washing away the sweat in the bath, we had dinner!
A lot of side dishes were prepared, and the children were very satisfied!

After dinner, we held a general meeting.
We aligned our awareness as a group regarding lifestyle aspects such as setting goals for this festival, how to spend time at the hotel, and nutrition.

The first day has ended safely, and the children will go to bed shortly.
From the second day, there will be not only tournament matches but also various activities!!
We want to fully enjoy this festival!
