Selections will be conducted for current 3rd year junior high school students based on the following criteria in order to form the U-18 team for the 2025 season.
※Registration on the application form, purchase of participation tickets, and mailing of the examination acceptance letter are required for application.

Get off at Seibu Shinjuku Line "Kodaira Station" and walk for 20 minutes.
Get off at Seibu Shinjuku Line "Hanakoganei Station" and take Seibu Bus (Route 21 heading to Higashikurume) and get off at "Kinjo High School Mae" and walk for 1 minute.

※If you do not have a J.League ID, please obtain a J.League ID on the application form authentication page and then apply.
※After completing your registration on the application form, please check the application completion screen and the web registration completion email that will be automatically sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID.
※After the application period ends, we will use the email address, postal code, address, and phone number registered with the J.League ID as the contact information for this selection. If there is no registration of the necessary items or if there are any changes in the content, please make the necessary modifications before the application period ends.
The personal information you have registered will be used for this selection. In addition, it may be used for club notifications and other purposes even after the selection period has ended. Please be aware of this in advance.

③After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details" from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp).
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process is completed from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
④ Purchase a "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
※When issuing tickets, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register and have the ticket issued. If you inform the staff that it is an "internet purchase", the process will proceed smoothly.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuing fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and there may be additional payment fees depending on the payment method.
※Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card (including d払い and Rakuten Pay), you will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after the payment for the prevention of fraudulent use.
※If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours due to the deadline, please choose "Payment at Seven-Eleven".

⑤Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from the following and make sure to obtain the signature and approval stamp from the representative of your affiliated team (such as the coach).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or consent stamp.

⑥ Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven on the "Examination Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.
