FC Tokyo will hold a soccer class for elementary school students in February at the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza Sub Arena" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
This is a recommended event for those who want to improve their soccer skills and physical abilities.
※This time, we have invited a track and field coach from New Balance and will also be holding a "Running Class".

□Theme
・Sep 9 (Mon) "Running Class with New Balance"
We will invite a running coach from New Balance to teach the correct way of running for this age group. In addition, there will be a soccer match at the end of the class.
After class, we will conduct proper foot size measurements and explain the characteristics of New Balance kids' shoes.
Please take this opportunity to learn how to choose shoes that fit your feet.
・Feb 26 (Mon) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo coaches provide players with opportunities to improve their skills through accurate coaching during games. FC Tokyo focuses on the fundamentals of attacking soccer, such as demonstrating individual skills in both offense and defense, developing quick switching habits, and maintaining continuity in play. In order to enhance technical skills that can be used in actual games, training and matches are conducted with teammates and opponents present, with a particular focus on trying out defensive and offensive strategies such as "man marking" in the second half and beyond.
All training and matches will be in a one-on-one format, except for warm-ups.
You can also gain new stimulation and values by becoming a team with different teammates than usual through the game, and you can acquire sportsmanship and cooperation.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, he played for four clubs as a professional soccer player. He joined FC Tokyo in 2016. With 10 years of coaching experience, he has also coached overseas, bringing a wealth of experience.

2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※We will inform the winners of each round separately about the payment method for the participation fee.
※Please be sure to contact the school office by 23:59 the day before if you wish to cancel. After that, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

※Black items, training shoes, and spikes with black soles are strictly prohibited
※Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones with non-marking soles) are preferred.

※If there are a large number of applications, a lottery will be conducted. Please note in advance. Regarding the lottery results, we will inform you by email by the following Monday after the deadline for each round. About Waiting List for Cancellations
For those who were not selected in the lottery and requested to be put on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.
□Other
・Please bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you will not be able to participate without indoor shoes. It is preferable to have indoor futsal shoes (flat non-marking soles).
・Please bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
・We will provide the ball (we will use a futsal ball as it is indoors).
・There is a changing room available.
・The portrait rights for this event (photos and videos) belong to FC Tokyo and may be used for various promotional materials and activities. Please understand that the event may be featured on the FC Tokyo and Musashino-En websites and other advertising media.
