[Report] FC Tokyo invites evacuees from Ukraine to home games

Continuing from last season, we have collaborated with the hometown Tokyo Metropolitan Government to invite people who have been evacuated from Ukraine to home games in Tokyo.
We hope that everyone who has been evacuated from Ukraine can enjoy their life in Japan through sports, even if it's just a little.

□Target Match

June 3, 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League
Matchday 16: FC Tokyo vs Yokohama F.Marinos
(Kickoff at 15:00/Ajinomoto Stadium)

□Target Audience
Approximately 45 people from Ukraine who have been evacuated to Tokyo and their supporters who wish to watch the game (including interpreters and accompanying personnel)

□ Comments from spectators
Lyubomir Danchuk (11 years old)
"I am a fan of Shakhtar Donetsk. It was my first time watching a soccer match at a stadium in Japan, and it was a lot of fun to support FC Tokyo, just like when I went to a stadium in Ukraine. The result was disappointing, but the goals and support from FC Tokyo were enjoyable, and my heart feels just as fulfilled as if they had won. I would like to come and support again."
