Membership Application Process
You can apply online.
- If you wish to apply for SOCIO, please proceed from the application page of SOCIO (Click here to apply for SOCIO).
Notes
- One course membership is available per person.
- Please note that you cannot join Big Frame Premium by ranking up.
- You will need to obtain a J-League ID when joining. Also, one J-League ID is required per person. (You cannot complete the membership process for multiple individuals with one J-League ID.)
- You can obtain one J-League ID per email address. (Please note that you cannot register multiple J-League IDs with one email address.)
- If you apply by December 24, 2023 (Sunday), your membership card and benefits will be sent out in mid-February. Applications after that will be sent out in late February in order. In addition, the coupon code (serial key) for ticket discount coupons and all seat type invitation tickets will be available for confirmation on My Page from February (the exact date and time will be announced at a later date).
- The registration information at the time of application will be the same as the J-League ID registration information. If either one is changed, the other registration information will also be updated.
- If you change your registered address after applying, please do not change it in My Page until you receive your membership card, and contact the OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP office by email (Contact: membership@fctokyo.co.jp).
- Membership benefits can be used from the point at which payment is completed.
- Please note that if you obtain tickets using a membership benefit coupon for ticket discounts or an invitation ticket that is valid for all ticket types, but do not attend the event, you will not be able to use the rights again for another match.
- Discount sales at member special prices are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person per game.
- If you apply together with SOCIO, you can also apply at the SOCIO membership screen at the same time.
- Please note that there is a limited number of membership benefits available, so please understand in advance.
- Please note that membership benefits such as ticket discount coupons or complimentary tickets for all ticket types cannot be used for sold-out matches. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that there may be games for which the membership benefits ticket discount coupon or all ticket types invitation ticket are not applicable. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Please use the membership benefits ticket discount coupon and all ticket types invitation ticket within this season as they cannot be carried over to the next year.
- If you wish to change the seat you have processed, the payment for the ticket fee will be "the amount of the seat after the seat change" - "the amount paid at the time of processing the initially arranged seat". If you wish to change the seat you have arranged using the ticket discount coupon and the invitation ticket for all ticket types that are membership benefits, please note that the discount amount is not included in the "amount paid at the time of processing the initially arranged seat", so the discount amount will not be deducted from the amount of the seat after the seat change.

About Automatic Renewal
Automatic renewal will not be implemented for the 2024 season membership.
Please be sure to complete the renewal process yourself even if you have selected automatic renewal for the 2023 season.
In addition, you can choose automatic renewal for the 2025 season when applying for the 2024 season.
If you wish, please select "Automatic Renewal" when applying.
