Following last year's event, we will hold the club-hosted yoga event, the 2nd FC Tokyo Ajinomoto Night Yoga.

On the pitch of Ajinomoto Stadium (the artificial turf area), where excitement is born, you can stretch your body barefoot, lie down, and release physical and mental tension to experience deep relaxation.

Model & Yoga Instructor
Naoko Uesaki

<Profile>
She studied classical ballet from a young age and later transitioned to work as a model. Having always been active in a world that demanded "perfection" since childhood, she felt both mentally and physically exhausted but considered it normal.
She started yoga to maintain her figure and found the feeling of "somehow feeling refreshed in mind and body after doing yoga" pleasant. Wanting to deepen her practice during the COVID-19 pandemic, she obtained her RYT200 certification three years ago.
Through deepening my yoga practice, I have learned that it’s okay not to be “perfect,” and this has made life easier to live. I cherish my own experiences and feelings as I share them with my students.
