At the rooftop futsal court in front of Fuchu Station, "FC Tokyo Park Fuchu," we will hold a special yoga experience called "PARK NIGHT YOGA" on the rooftop where the early summer night breeze blows comfortably.
In a space full of openness, why not relax and align your mind and body while feeling the scenery transition from dusk to night?
Take a break from everyday life and spend a special moment facing yourself with deep breaths.
Regardless of age, gender, or experience, beginners and those with limited flexibility can participate with confidence.
Located near the station and allowing you to join empty-handed, participation alone or with family and friends is warmly welcomed.

Saturday, June 13, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
(Reception starts at 6:00 p.m., final exit by 8:00 p.m.)

Eligibility / Capacity

Junior high school students and older / 70 people
*Under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Clothing and What to Bring

・Easy to move clothing
・Drinking water
・Having a yoga mat, bath towel, or vinyl sheet will make your experience more comfortable.
※Yoga can be done directly on the artificial turf. Yoga mats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and in limited quantities, so please bring something to place underneath if you are concerned.
※There are no changing rooms or showers available. Please bring your belongings onto the court and manage your valuables yourself.
* If you are wearing shoes that may damage the artificial turf, such as heels, please remove your shoes upon entry.
* Only water is allowed inside the court. (Vending machines available)

Response to Rainy or Severe Weather

・In principle, the event will be canceled in case of rain or severe weather. (Participation fees will be fully refunded)
・In case of event cancellation, we will notify you on our facility's website at least one hour before the event starts.

After many years of experience as a dancer, at a time when I deeply felt the need for further practice, I fatefully encountered yoga. By shifting from a practice method that seeks something outside to deepening the curiosity inward through pranayama and asanas, my concentration and daily quality improved, and yoga became the center of my life.
Knocking on the door of Flowarts yoga, continuing to learn the traditional teachings of Indian yoga under Padminiji/Natsuyo Hama and Mukesh Thapliyalii, deeply appreciating the great effects gained through practice, the joy of moving the body, and having a place where everyone can gather, opened a yoga studio in Fuchu in 2023 to share that joy with as many people as possible.

Participation Fee

Until the day before, Friday, June 12: 1,500 yen (tax included) <Advance reservation is advantageous!>
On the day, Saturday, June 13: 1,800 yen (tax included)

About Cancellations

In case of cancellation, please contact FC Tokyo Park Fuchu (by phone or email).
Please note that cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation fee policy below, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
*Phone calls made after the facility's business hours until the start of the next business day will be treated as received on the next business day. (Business hours: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)

- There are no changing rooms, lockers, or showers available for use. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to go barefoot immediately. We kindly ask you to be considerate so as not to disturb neighboring facilities.
・Please understand that we do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuable items or luggage at this facility.
- Bringing and consuming alcohol is prohibited.
・The rooftop is a completely non-smoking area. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
- We do not offer insurance for individual customers. Please understand in advance that the facility cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during event participation.
