<About Cancellations>

If you wish to cancel, please contact the facility by phone or email by the cancellation deadline below. If you contact us by the cancellation deadline, the participation fee will be fully refunded. Cancellations after the deadline and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee (100% of the participation fee).

* After registering a parent account, please switch to your child's account to proceed.
* This is a different system from the FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School hacomono.
②Select [Reservation]    
③ Select the target event and apply

[Procedure to Add a Child Account]
You can add a child account by following the steps below.
Operation: Log in with the guardian's account > [My Page] ⇒ [Account Settings] ⇒ [Family Account Settings] ⇒ [Add Account], then register the required information to create the account.
After completing your registration, please switch to the 【Child Account】 and proceed with the event application process.
※Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Your participation will be confirmed once the payment is completed.
* Please be sure to apply through this dedicated website. Applications by phone or email will not be accepted under any circumstances.
* After applying, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with hacomono. Please configure your settings to receive emails from “@em.hacomono.jp”.

<About the Waiting List>
・If the event is full, you can apply for the waiting list.
・When a cancellation occurs, a "Cancellation Notification Email" will be sent one by one in the order of application. Please make your reservation using the URL provided in the email.
* This is not an automatic advancement setting.
・Receiving the email does not confirm your reservation, so please be sure to complete the reservation process yourself.
・Your participation is confirmed once the reservation is completed.
・Also, 2 hours after the email is sent, a notification email will be sent to the next person. If someone else completes their reservation first, the capacity may already be full. Please understand this in advance.

□Event Decision

・There is a possibility that the event may be canceled due to facility or instructor circumstances.
・In case of cancellation, participants will be notified by email at least 1 hour before the start of each event.
・No alternative event will be held in case of cancellation, and the participation fee will be refunded.

・Please note that photos and videos taken during the event may be posted on various advertising media, facility websites, staff blogs, etc. to introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
