About spectator manners for the 9/5 (Sun) Sapporo match
In addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, a new set of guidelines for the prevention of the novel coronavirus infection has been established. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League Guidelines for the Prevention of Novel Coronavirus Infection during the super strict security system and the security system during matches.
There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods may change suddenly depending on the spread of the novel coronavirus infection and government announcements, as well as the decisions of each local government.

What is required of all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is not possible.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If there is travel to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions and a mandatory observation period by the government within the past 14 days, or if there has been close contact with residents of such countries or regions
・If you have a history of positive PCR tests and fall under the following conditions:
① For symptomatic individuals, if it is within 72 hours after the symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since the symptoms improved and less than 10 days from the onset of symptoms)
② For asymptomatic individuals, if it is within less than 10 days after a positive PCR test
(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Especially just before the start of the match and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded, so please try to avoid busy times as much as possible when using these facilities.
(4) Please be sure to wear a mask inside the stadium.
※As stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear a mask as an infection prevention measure even after receiving the vaccine.
※We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as our staff will approach those who are not wearing masks.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that preschoolers aged 2 and above wear masks, but if they choose to wear masks, we kindly ask parents and adults around them to pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is not feeling well or if continuous mask wearing is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear a mask. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in taking measures to prevent infection, such as maintaining social distance.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
* From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring disinfectant (such as portable bottles) as much as possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly forbidden.

□Items to bring when watching a game
Please bring the following items when visiting the stadium.

Entrance and Exit to □ Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
Please note that refunds will not be provided even if entry is denied. Also, when entry is refused, we may ask for your contact information.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.
(3) We will not organize waiting lines to secure the order of entry before the gates open.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 90 minutes before the start of the match, but it may be subject to change.

※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.
(4) Please enter from the designated gates according to your seat type. (Refer to the diagram below)
Please note that due to the stadium's structure, it is not possible to pass through the concourse.
・Central Gate: Main SS Reserved Seat, Main S Reserved Seat, Main North Reserved Seat, Main South Reserved Seat
・Gate 6: Back Seat (South Side), Back Center Seat
・Gate 7: Back Seat (North Side), Pitchside Seat
・Gate 8: Home Seat
※Gate 5 will not be opened.

(5) Re-entry will be allowed at each gate.
* For Gate 8 (Home Seat) only, the re-entry gate will be set up at a different gate on the back stand side from the entrance gate.
Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket when leaving the stadium.
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at Gate 2. We will provide you with a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be able to re-enter.
Re-entry hours: from gate opening (scheduled for 16:30) until halftime.
(6) Although regulated exit will not be implemented, we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as staggering exit times.
* When exiting, please also cooperate by keeping distance from those around you in front, behind, and to the sides.
□Events & Stalls
(1) Events will be held with full consideration of social distancing.

(2) Greetings outside the mascot's area and in the concourse are not allowed.

(3) Food and beverages (excluding alcohol) will be sold.
※Alcohol sales will not be conducted. Also, bringing alcohol into the venue is prohibited.
Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-refundable)
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Goods sales will be conducted.

(5) Smoking areas are not provided inside the stadium.
□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the match is prohibited.
* Sitting next to each other without spacing, moving to the front of the stands to call out to players, moving to a place where you won’t get wet during rain, etc.
(2) There are no visitor seats available.
Visitors are not allowed to come and support the visiting team, so please understand. Please note that you cannot enter, watch, or support while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise, so please understand in advance.
(3) Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions such as shouting, singing, cheering, and gathering that pose a risk of infection.
(4) The seating arrangement will be in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right.
Due to the stadium's structure, some seats may slightly overlap front to back. Please understand in advance.
(5) For this match, standing room seats will be set up due to the stadium's structure.
We will sell it after ensuring a gap of 1 meter or more on the left and right.
Support Style
The prohibited actions are as follows.
・Inciting cheering
・Cheering out loud such as singing, whistling
・Waving or spinning towel scarves, flags including large flags
・Use of megaphones including loudhailers
・Drums and other noise-making instruments

・Cheering using big flags
・Acts that disturb other spectators, such as displaying gate flags on seats
・Standing continuously while watching (except for home standing seats)
*All spectators except those in standing seats must watch while seated.
*Clapping and hand clapping are permitted.
*The use of drums, cheering clappers, and other noise makers that can be played at your seat may be allowed at the discretion of the host club, but FC Tokyo continues to prohibit these actions to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble among attendees.
Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. Shuttle buses operate from JR Hiratsuka Station and Odakyu Isehara Station.
Hiratsuka Station: Operates approximately every 10 minutes from 16:00 onwards

Q2. Are there food trucks available?
A2. Fifteen food trucks will be set up near the large pond in Hiratsuka City General Park. Details will be announced on the official website as soon as they are finalized.
Q3. Is it allowed to bring food and drinks containing alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure proper spectator manners inside the stadium, drinking alcohol inside the venue is not allowed. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, containers made of glass bottles or cans must be transferred to paper cups.
Q4. Are there food and drink stands inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium shops are open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Information about the operating shops will be announced on the official website, etc.
Q5. Are there merchandise stands?
A5. Sales will be conducted near the large pond in Hiratsuka City General Park. Please note that there are no sales stands inside the stadium. To avoid crowding, please also consider using the official online shop.
Q6. Are there gachapon machines?
A6. Similar to the merchandise stands, sales will be conducted near the large pond in Hiratsuka City General Park. There will be no sales inside the stadium.
We will hand over the products to you directly from the salesperson, rather than selling them through regular vending machines. Also, please refrain from engaging in activities that may lead to close contact, such as exchanging products.
