●Match Digest
After finishing the first match in a draw, FC Tokyo was determined to secure points and gain momentum in the second match of Group F against Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo U-18.

Right from the start of the match, Tokyo’s offense and defense took control by nullifying Sapporo’s wide attacks with a block formation, suppressing the opponent’s attacking strengths.

4 min: Iwaki advanced with a dribble from the left side and sent crosses to Yuasa and Iwata in the center, but the chance was blocked by the Sapporo defenders who intercepted the ball.
18 min: Although they had adapted to the opponent's attacks and were responding with a block formation, a long pass from the Sapporo defenders reached the Sapporo forward in the center. Tokyo's defenders defended with their bodies, but they were caught off guard for a moment and conceded a goal.
21 min: On the right side, Yoshida steals the ball and dribbles straight up into the space ahead, delivering a cross to the center. Yuasa, waiting in the center, aggressively goes for a shot, but once again the Sapporo DF takes away the chance.
26 min: Against Sapporo, who boldly attacked from the left, Tokyo’s 3rd-year players—GK Tani, DF Kobayashi, Ishihara, and Muramatsu—repelled the danger with a fighting spirit.
36 min: Yuasa, actively running across the field from the front, dribbled up the left side and crossed the ball to Iwata in the center, but was stopped by the Sapporo goalkeeper.
Repeatedly repelling the opponent's attacks, nullifying Sapporo's offensive strengths, and aiming for counterattacks as planned, intense battles continued, ending the first half.

At halftime, Coach Kuramata said, 'There is still plenty of time, so let's score one goal back. It is important to maintain the distance between the defensive line and the midfield line in defense.'
In terms of offense, the FW must firmly keep possession of the ball and become the starting point. There was also a confirmation to target the spaces on the sides.

From the beginning of the second half, Tokyo substituted Yuasa and brought in Nozawa, who is expected to orchestrate the game in midfield, aiming for the Sapporo goal.
41 min: Aiming for a goal from a Sapporo set piece on the left side, but GK Tani shows a great save and inspires the team.
54 min: Kamoi is brought on, replacing Iwata.
58 min: Kishi is brought on, replacing Hashimoto.
59 min: Consecutive set pieces lead to danger, but Tokyo's DF repels them with tenacious defense.
67 min: Nihei is brought on to replace Yamaguchi.
68 min: Tokyo loses the ball during a left-side attack and faces a counterattack, leading to a one-on-one situation between GK Tani and the opponent, creating a dangerous moment. Tani, who has repeatedly blocked the opponent's chances since the first half, calmly stops the shot and makes an excellent save.
75 min: Tokyo created a chance on the right side with Nihei and Kamoike combining passes and dribbling. Kamoike then broke through and got away, sending a decisive pass to Kishi who was waiting near the goal line (close to the goal). Kishi firmly controlled it and took a shot, but the Sapporo goalkeeper blocked it, missing a crucial opportunity.

We thoroughly focused on side attacks until the end and continued to attack boldly, but were unable to score, and the final whistle blew.
