About spectator manners for the 6/27 (Sun) Oita match

Club Announcement

In addition to the J.League common spectator manners and rules, a new set of guidelines for preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus has been established. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus during the super strict security measures and strict security measures for matches.

Depending on the spread of COVID-19, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, restrictions, transition timings, and operational methods may change suddenly.

※Construction related to the preparation for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics has already begun. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by areas that cannot be accessed and the presence of remaining equipment and materials. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

□What is required of all attendees
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances.
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the last 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of those areas.
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (if it has been more than 72 hours since symptoms improved but less than 10 days since the onset).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes or hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
* Especially during the moments just before the match starts or during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please try to use them at different times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times in the stadium.
* As stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear a mask as a preventive measure against infection even after vaccination.
* Staff will remind those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Children under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing a mask, as per the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschool children aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if they do wear one, please ensure that parents or surrounding adults pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is unwell or has difficulty wearing a mask for an extended period, it is not necessary to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with parents.
* If you need to remove your mask for heatstroke prevention, please be mindful of social distance and cough etiquette.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
* From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If discovered, it will be confiscated (non-returnable).

□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that even if entry is refused, there will be no refund. Also, when refusing entry, we may ask for your contact information.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.
(3) We do not organize a waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The opening time is usually 90 minutes before kickoff, but please check the official website as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.
(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (Refer to the diagram below)
・Main 3 Gates: Main S Designated Seats
・North Gate: Home UF Designated Seat, Home Seat
・Back 2 Gate: Back Center UF Designated Seat, Back Center Designated Seat, Back UF Designated Seat, Back Seat, South Side Seat, Pitch Side Seat

(5) We will implement re-entry using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be able to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 3 gates (refer to the diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 17:30) until halftime
(6) We will not enforce restricted exits, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in taking measures to prevent infection, such as adjusting the timing.
※Please understand and cooperate by keeping a distance from the people around you when leaving the field.

□ Events and Shops
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(2) Greetings outside the mascot's area and in the concourse are not allowed.
※Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales are available.
※Alcohol sales are not available. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-refundable)
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
(5) Smoking areas are not provided inside the stadium.

□ How to Watch
(1) All seats are designated seats. When watching, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without maintaining distance, moving to the front of the stand to talk to players, moving to a dry place in case of rain, etc.).
(2) There are no visitor seats available. Please note that those who wish to support the visiting team cannot enter the venue. Please also note that entry, watching, and supporting while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is not allowed.
(3) Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions such as shouting, singing, cheering, and gathering that pose a risk of infection.
(4) For groups of 5 or more, it is possible for adjacent verbs to sit together at the discretion of the host club (if the rows before and after are left vacant). However, FC Tokyo continues to maintain spacing between the left and right and front and back to prevent the spread of spectators and avoid any conflicts between visitors.

□Support Style

The prohibited actions are as follows:
・Inciting support
・Using megaphones including Tramega
・Playing drums and other musical instruments
・High fives, shoulder hugs
・Support using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that inconvenience other customers
・Continuous standing during the match
※Applause and clapping are allowed.
※The use of drums, cheering harisen, and other musical instruments that can be played in your own seat may be allowed at the discretion of the host club, but FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble between visitors and FC Tokyo.

Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

Lower Stand: Home seats, South side seats, Front area of the boundary line

【Banner Display Time】
For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.

□Regarding the Impact of Preparations for the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games
There are some construction and restricted areas around the stadium perimeter, concourse, and stands. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the differences from normal match operations as described below, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【Outside the stadium】
・Restrictions on the use of Ajipanda Plaza
You cannot pass through Ajipanda Plaza.
・Restrictions on the use of certain areas of Onigiri Maruhiro Square
AO-AKA PARK will be held, but there are areas where entry is prohibited.
It is possible to pass through from the East Gate to the West Gate, but there are some narrow areas.

・Restrictions on use of north parking lot
General use for today's game is not available.

【Inside the Concourse】
・Main Gates 1 and 2
There are installations of equipment to be used in the Olympics.
・Main side M7-9 entrance, next to Back 2 Gate Slope
There is a Robert installation.
・Racks and cables are partially installed.
※Please absolutely refrain from entering or causing damage to the installations.

【Seats】
・Partial usage restrictions on the upper area of the main side
No sales of SS designated seats.

・When visiting, please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the staff entrance.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. Shuttle bus service will not be provided for matches with a 5,000-person limit. Please use the regular route buses.

Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. AO-AKA PARK will be held with seven food trucks set up at Onigiri Maru Square.

Q3. Is it allowed to bring food and drinks containing alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure proper spectator manners inside the stadium, drinking alcohol inside the venue is not allowed. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, containers made of glass bottles or cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q4. Are there food and drink stands inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium stands are open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Please check the official website for the operating stores.

Q5. Are there merchandise stands?
A5. The merchandise shop will be open, but sales will be conducted on a smaller scale than usual.

Please also consider using the OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP to avoid crowded places.

Q6. Are there gachapon machines?
A6. Gachapon items are available for sale, but instead of the usual vending machines, products will be handed over by sales staff. Also, please refrain from actions that cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
