In addition to the J-League common spectator manners and rules, a new set of guidelines called the "J-League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines" has been established for matches under the super strict and strict control measures. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with these guidelines as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.

□ Things required of all visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if it is not possible, with courage.
- In case of poor physical condition (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
- In case there is a person suspected of infection among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
- In case of travel to countries or regions where entry restrictions or observation periods after entry are required by the government within the past 14 days, or in case of close contact with residents of such countries or regions
- In case of a history of positive PCR test
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved and less than 10 days have passed since the onset).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.
(2) Please do not shake hands or hug.
(3) Please maintain social distancing. (When entering and exiting, in lines for restrooms, etc.)
* Restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded especially just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※Wearing a mask is a condition for relaxing the restrictions on the number of visitors, with a 100% mask wearing rate. If you are not wearing a mask, our staff will kindly ask you to do so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 5 within the section on pregnant women and children).
Children aged 2 and above are recommended to wear masks, but if they wear masks, parents and adults around them should wear them after paying sufficient attention to the child's health condition.
If the person is not feeling well or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear it.
If you do not wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with your guardians.
(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
* From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring disinfectant (such as portable bottles) as much as possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking inside the venue is strictly forbidden. If found, it will be confiscated. (No returns)
□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.

□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that even if entry is refused, there will be no refund. Also, when refusing entry, we may ask for your contact information.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.
(3) We do not organize a waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.
(4) Please use the following gates for entry according to the seat type. (Refer to the diagram below)
・Main 3 Gates: Main SS Seats, Main S Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・North Gate 2: Home SG Kan, Home Seats (North Side)
・Back 1 Gate: Back SB seats, Home Center seats, Seven-Eleven seats, Back seats, Home seats (south side)

□ Events and Stalls
(1) Events will be held with full consideration of social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(2) Mascots do not greet outside the field or in the concourse.
※Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales are available.
※Alcohol sales are not available. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-returnable)
※Please bring non-alcoholic food and drinks as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention, as it is expected that the on-site shops will be crowded.
※Information regarding the food and beverage stalls to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
No smoking areas are not provided inside the (5) stadium.
When lining up at events, food and beverage stalls, and merchandise shops, please maintain sufficient social distance and keep space between each other.
□How to Watch
(1) During the match, moving from your seat is prohibited (such as sitting next to someone without spacing, moving to the front of the stands to call out to players, or moving to a place to avoid getting wet during rain).
(2) Watching the game wearing the visitor team's uniform or goods is only allowed in the "visitor seats." Cheering for the visitor team (clapping and hand clapping only) is also only allowed in the "visitor seats."
Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and crowding.

□Cheering Style
The following actions are prohibited.
・Inciting cheers
・Cheering with voice such as singing, whistling
・Waving or spinning towel scarves, large flags, and other flags
・Use of megaphones including tramagas
・Drums and other noise-making instruments
・High-fives, linking arms
・Cheering using big flags
・Actions that disturb other spectators, such as displaying gate flags on seats
*Clapping and hand clapping are allowed.
*From October 17 onward, the use of drums, cheering clappers, and other noise-making instruments that can be played at your seat has been permitted by the host club's decision; however, FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions for both FC Tokyo and visiting teams to prevent the spread of infection and avoid troubles among attendees.
□Regarding the Display of Banners (Flags, Horizontal Banners, etc.)
The locations for displaying banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them in any locations other than those specified. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

Q1. I’m feeling a little unwell, but my temperature is below 37.5°C. Is it okay for me to go to the stadium?
A1. If you are feeling unwell, regardless of your temperature, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
Q2. Is there a shuttle bus?
A2. Shuttle buses will be in operation. For details, please refer to the official website, etc.
Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gates open?
A3. There is no waiting line before the gate opens. All seats are designated seats. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the gate opens.
Q4. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A4. AO-AKA PARK is not scheduled to be held, but a food and drink corner will be set up in the north plaza, with two food trucks operating. However, alcohol will not be sold.
The opening hours are from opening time until the end of halftime, and it will be considered as inside the venue.
Q5. Can I bring in drinks and food containing alcohol?
A5. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. In order to observe stadium etiquette, we ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol inside the stadium. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups as usual.

A12. Displaying gate flags is not prohibited. However, please refrain from displaying flags that may cause inconvenience to those around you.
Q13. Do we have to remain silent during the match?
A13. Naturally occurring voices and applause during the match are not prohibited. Please actively applaud good plays and support the players.
However, vocal cheering is prohibited for infection prevention.
Q14. Is it allowed to move seats when it rains or when players come close?
It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game.
Q15. Are there any rules for waiting lines inside the stadium?
A15. When lining up at food and merchandise stalls or restrooms, please follow the guidance (such as floor markings) and maintain social distancing while waiting.
Please avoid using the restroom or the shops during the moments just before the start of the match or during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.
Q16. Are there any food and beverage stalls inside the stadium?
A16. The stadium shop is open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold.
Q17. Is there a merchandise store?
A17. The merchandise store will be open for business, but the items available for sale will be limited.
There will be no new products on the day of the match, so please also consider using the official online store.
Q18. Is there a gachagacha?
A18. We sell gachapon, but it is not sold through regular vending machines. Our sales staff will hand you the products.
Also, please refrain from activities such as exchanging goods that may lead to congestion.
Q19. Is alcohol disinfection installed?
