[Development Department Coach] New Fiscal Year Training Report
Development Department coaches who are in charge of instruction at the school for the new fiscal year conducted the "2026 Development Department New Fiscal Year Training" from Mar 30 (Mon) to Apr 1 (Wed).
On the first day,we reviewed the goals as the Development Department for 2026 and the flow of school operations, and held discussions about the instructional practice starting the next day.
Although the weather was unfortunate on the second day, we went out to the fieldand conducted practical coaching based on the school topics.</span>
After the practical coaching, we returned to the room for a review, and in the afternoon, we reconfirmed the overview of events outside the school, such as the Smile Caravan.
The third day also began with practical coaching.
Although the play became intense, we always kept an open mind as coaches to discuss each other's ideas and reflect.
The 2026 school year will start on Monday, April 6.
We will thoroughly prepare an environment where the students can smile and also seriously engage with soccer.
