On the third day of the Thailand expedition, today is the second day of the tournament.

Today as well, we had a proper breakfast and prepared for the match.

Based on yesterday's match results, all the players gathered and held a voluntary meeting.
What should be done during the match, and what to think about while playing.
Before the match, they brought notes they had written and discussed them.

They did this voluntarily, not prompted by the coaches, and it was a moment where we could feel their growth.

Today, the second day of the tournament, we played the final match of the preliminary league.
Although the result was a loss, unlike yesterday, we saw them cling to and fight against older players, showing significant growth.


Afterwards, during the lunch break, we returned to the rooms, and when we peeked into the players' room, they were watching FC Tokyo's channel on YouTube, raising their spirits together for the derby! As expected of FC Tokyo school students!
(When we told them the results later, everyone was disappointed...)

After that, we played a practice match and ended the day.


The opponents were older and physically bigger, so it was difficult to get results, but even so, the players fought hard, clung to their opponents, and we could feel their daily growth. It has been a very good expedition.
Also, continuing from yesterday, the players held voluntary meetings among themselves.

Since we came on an overseas expedition, we brought souvenirs from Tokyo, and each player took the opportunity to interact by giving gifts to the people in Thailand.
Since there was a player among us who was good at English, we all asked how to greet properly and actively started conversations.
As a result, they became friends, took photos together, and some players even received uniforms in return. We are amazed at the players' high adaptability.
We coaches also want to engage and interact so as not to be outdone.

Tomorrow is the final day of the tournament, and the placement matches will be held.
We will do our best to finish with good results and good content.
