At FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, we are recruiting participants for events where you can receive coaching from FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches.

□ Wednesday
May 20
・Futsal Class for Women 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
In an environment exclusively for women, Promotion Department coaches provide careful instruction. Those who are just starting futsal can also participate with confidence.
May 13th, 20th, 27th
・Adult Futsal Class (Beginner) 8:10 p.m. – 9:40 p.m.
You can gradually learn the basic techniques of futsal.
This is the most popular futsal class at our facility, where beginners and women can participate with confidence.

May 23
・Adult Futsal Class (Introductory) 12:00 p.m. – 1:10 p.m.
This class teaches futsal from the very basics.
Recommended for absolute beginners, women, and those playing futsal for the first time.

・Adult Futsal Class (Advanced) 8:20 p.m. – 9:50 p.m.
This class is for those who want to understand futsal more tactically and for experienced players who want to further improve their skills.

May9 (Sat)
・Parent-Child Soccer Class [Ages 3-4] 12:00 p.m. – 12:50 p.m.
This is an event where parents and children can cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Parents who do not usually exercise can also participate at their own pace with peace of mind.
・GK Clinic
[Elementary Grades 3-4] 2:30 p.m. – 3:40 p.m.
[Elementary Grades 4-6] 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
[Adults] 5:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
This is a rare opportunity to learn GK skills.
A development department coach with extensive experience both as a GK player and as an instructor will teach carefully.

・Parent-Child Soccer Class [Grades 1–3] 12:40 p.m. – 1:40 p.m.
This is an event where parents and children can cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Parents who do not usually exercise can also participate at their own pace with peace of mind.

・Parent-Child Soccer Class [2 years old] 12:00–12:40 p.m.
This is an event where parents and children can cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Parents who do not usually exercise can also participate at their own pace with peace of mind.
・Nadeshiko Plaza
[Grades 1–6] 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
[Grade 5 to Adult] 2:20 p.m. – 3:50 p.m.
This is an event where women, from children to adults, can casually "start," "enjoy," and "continue" playing soccer or futsal regularly in their daily lives.
May 17th (Sun)
・Parent-Child Soccer Class [U-5, U-6] 12:40–1:40 p.m.
This is an event where parents and children can cooperate, compete, and enjoy together.
Parents who do not usually exercise can also participate at their own pace with peace of mind.
・One-Day Skill-Up Futsal Class
【Grades 1 & 2】 2:00 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.
【Grades 3 to 6】 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
<Theme> “Defending in Pairs”
Training will focus mainly on challenge & cover, the basics of football defense. The goal is to work together with teammates to protect the goal and learn how to take the ball away.
This event is the Challenge Course.
We aim to improve basic skills (stopping, carrying, kicking) through various practice variations.
Coaches provide tailored guidance to each individual to support skill improvement.
May 23 (Sat)
・Adult Futsal Class (Beginner) 12:00 p.m. – 1:10 p.m.</strong>
This program is designed for absolute beginners and focuses on practice without holding matches. After warming up, it aims to improve basic skills such as stopping, carrying, and kicking. It also includes explanations of the basic futsal rules, so beginners can feel at ease. The intensity is about jogging pace, and simple practical exercises are conducted in small groups.
May24th (Sun)
・One-Day Skill-Up Soccer Class
<Grades 1 & 2> 2:45–3:55 p.m.
<Grades 3–6> 4:15–5:45 p.m.
<Theme> "Side Attacks and Defenses"
Training will focus on play in the side areas, which are often seen during matches. You will learn about attacking breakthroughs and shots from the sides, as well as defending against them, through training that takes match situations into account.
This event is the Challenge Course.
We aim to improve basic skills (stopping, carrying, kicking) through various practice variations.
Coaches will provide personalized guidance to support the improvement of skills for each individual.
May 31st (Sun)
・Enjoy Soccer Class (Grades 1–3) 12:40–1:40 p.m.
Under the guidance of FC Tokyo Soccer School Sunday coaches, practice will focus mainly on matches while having fun.
In addition to the above events, facility-hosted events are also held daily!
