We would like to inform you that a practice observation session for 2022 SOCIO and Big Frames members will be held at Kodaira Ground.
The practice observation sessions since the COVID-19 pandemic have been limited to 100 participants, but this time we will increase the number of participants to 120.
Also, if you can register participants who wish to participate at the same time when applying, you can also observe the practice with those who want to participate together! Please invite your family and acquaintances from SOCIO and Big Frames and apply!

Saturday, June 4: 2022 Big Frames members
Sunday, June 5: 2022 SOCIO members
* Only the member themselves can participate.
※If you are a member of SOCIO and Big Frames, you can apply for both days.
※This also applies to those who have applied for tickets and big frames for the next six months.

Regarding participants who wish to participate at the same time
If you wish to participate together with your family or friends who are SOCIO or Big Frames members, please enter the following information in the [Remarks] section of the input form: ①SOCIO number or Big Frames membership number of the participant who wishes to participate at the same time, ②your name.
※Simultaneous participation is only available for SOCIO members and Big Frames members.
(Example) Mr. A from SOCIO and Mr. B from Big Frames cannot participate at the same time.
※Simultaneous participants must also apply. (Please note that even if their information is entered in the remarks column, simultaneous participation will be invalid if the simultaneous participant has not applied.)

□Notes for Application
・Please understand in advance that even if you are selected, those who have had a fever since Sunday, May 22 will be asked to refrain from participating.
・Before applying, please be sure to check the "Notes for the day" below and apply only if you agree.
・Each member is allowed to apply once. (If you apply multiple times, your application will be considered invalid.)
Members who have joined both SOCIO and Big Frames are eligible to apply for both days.
・Only the member themselves can participate.
・There is a possibility that the start time of the practice may be changed suddenly. In that case, please note that the implementation time of this plan will also be changed, so please understand in advance. If the start time of the practice is changed, we will inform you at the email address you provided when applying.
・If the practice is suddenly canceled, this event will also be canceled. Please understand in advance. If the cancellation is decided, we will notify you at the email address you provided when applying.

□Notes for the Day
・Companions (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Only the winning member themselves must participate. *Please note that we cannot take care of children during the visit.
・Wearing a mask is mandatory, including during practice visits. (You cannot enter with only a face shield or mouth guard)
・On the day, please refrain from attending if you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition. (In cases where clear symptoms of poor physical condition are observed, entry may be denied.)
・There is no parking lot at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・Please note that chairs will not be provided at the viewing area, so please understand in advance. However, you are allowed to bring your own portable chairs. (Please refrain from spreading vinyl sheets or other floor coverings.)
- Please refrain from eating at the Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
・The event will proceed in case of rain. As there is no roof at the viewing area, please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area. Please prepare your own measures against the cold.
・We kindly ask that you refrain from addressing or cheering for the players. We only permit applause before and after practice as a form of support for the players.
・There will be no interaction with players after practice. Also, please note that we do not accept gifts for players in advance.

[Regarding photography on the day]
・On the day, there are no issues with taking photos or videos for personal enjoyment.
・Posting photos and videos before the start of practice and after the end of practice on SNS is allowed. However, posting photos and videos related to the practice on the day of the open practice, including text about the practice (practice content, members, the condition of Kodaira Ground, etc.), on SNS such as Twitter and Instagram is prohibited. If a post is confirmed at a later date, we will no longer be able to hold such events in the future, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
