Day 2 of Okinawa Camp
Today, January 23rd (Friday), the second day of the Okinawa camp, we conducted a second division practice at Kunigami Athletics Stadium and Soccer Field.
Training at the Okinawa camp started from this day.
In the morning practice, we ran and did strength training, and in the afternoon, we sweated through tactical training and half-court games.
