About manners at the 3/12 (Sat) Hiroshima match
In games during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League's common spectator manners and rules, we will also be following the "J League's COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines as part of our preparations.
Depending on the spread of COVID-19, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, restrictions, transition timings, and operational methods may change suddenly.
About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for matches based on its management regulations in order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors. We kindly ask for your support and cheering in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium, J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League common match manners & rules), and management regulations.
Please note that whether or not such actions violate the match operation management regulations will be determined by the J-League or each club.
* If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues occur, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be banned from entering matches other than the stadium where the violation occurred.

Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches (including the concourse)
(including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for the following purposes other than broadcasting during matches, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed in the venue
(2) Use in J-League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs, related media, etc.
(4) Use in video works and various sales items produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies) 
□Requirements for All Visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is difficult for you to come.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell, etc.)
・If you have tested positive and are under movement restrictions by medical institutions (including cases where you have tested positive before receiving a positive diagnosis)
・If someone in your household or close acquaintance is suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled within the past 14 days to countries or regions subject to entry restrictions or observation periods imposed by the government, and are under movement restrictions by public authorities
(2) Please do not shake hands or hug.
(3) Please maintain social distancing (when entering and exiting, lining up for restrooms, etc.).
※Restrooms and concession stands tend to be crowded especially just before the match starts and during halftime, so please try to use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times inside the stadium.
※We recommend using non-woven fabric masks with high filtration efficiency.
※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear masks as an infection prevention measure even after vaccination.
※Staff will kindly ask those not wearing masks to put them on, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing masks, according to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 10 regarding effects on infants and children). Mask wearing is recommended for preschool children aged 2 and above; however, if masks are worn, guardians and surrounding adults should carefully monitor the child's condition. If the child is unwell or finds it difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force mask wearing. If masks are not worn, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing together with the guardian.
(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
※From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) if possible.
(6) Alcoholic beverages will be sold.
Drinking alcohol may cause people to become more uninhibited and speak loudly, increasing the risk of infection. We ask those who consume alcoholic beverages to refrain from loud voices and avoid disturbing other visitors, and to understand and cooperate in preventing the spread of infection.
※Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each concession stand.

□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.

・Handkerchief
□Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the facility, unless specifically deemed necessary by the J-League's management and safety personnel, as well as any items listed in the J-League's unified list of prohibited items.
- Bottles, cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Pets are allowed to be brought in.
・Items that security guards recognize as potentially interfering with the operation or progress of other matches, causing inconvenience or danger to others
□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
No refunds will be given even if entry is refused, so please understand in advance. Also, please note that we may ask for your contact information when refusing entry.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please make sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles, etc. from the perspective of infection prevention and perform frequent hand disinfection.
(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 120 minutes before the start of the game, but please check the official homepage as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.
(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (See the figure below)
・Main 3 gates: Main SSS reserved seat, Main SS reserved seat, Main S reserved seat
・North 2 gate: Home UF reserved seat, Home seat
・Back 2 gate: Back center UF reserved seat, Back center reserved seat, Back UF reserved seat, Back seat, South side seat, Seven Eleven seat
・South 1 gate: Visitor seat
*South side seat will be sold sequentially when either the home seat or back seat is sold out.
(5) Re-entry is allowed.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 1 gate, Back 3 gates (see diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 13:00) until halftime [when temporarily leaving]
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate to receive a re-entry card.

(6) There will be no regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
※When exiting, please maintain space between yourself and others in front, behind, and to the sides. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
□ Events & Stalls
(1) Events will be held with full consideration of social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(2) Greetings from the mascot outside the venue and concourse, and details of appearances will be announced on the official website as soon as they are determined.
(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
(5) No smoking areas will be set up inside the stadium.
□Viewing Method
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the match is prohibited.(such as moving to the front of the stands to call out to players, or moving to a place where you won’t get wet in case of rain). Please watch the match from your own seat.
(2) Lower home and visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people standing to "please sit down". Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Spectators wearing visitor merchandise are only allowed in the following areas.
Visitor seats, Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side

(4) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(5) According to the J.League's new coronavirus infection response guidelines, we will implement infection prevention measures by formulating an "infection prevention safety plan" as designated by the government or prefectures, and the stadium capacity for the 2022 season will be available for sale without "seat spacing". However, for this match, please watch the game with a checkerboard pattern by leaving one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right.
※Please note that due to the structure of the stadium, there may be areas where seats are not regularly arranged. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Support Style
(1) The following cheering actions are prohibited.
・Encouraging support (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering by singing and shouting, whistle blowing
・Use of megaphones including Tramega
・High fives, shoulder hugging
・Support using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that may inconvenience other spectators
・Continuous standing during the match (excluding lower level home seats and visitor seats)
※Applause and hand clapping are allowed.
(2) Regarding the use of musical instruments
・Available noisemakers: Drums only (no other noisemakers can be used)
・Seats available for drum usage:
1. Some of the lower home seats (seat numbers: N17 161-174, N16 161-174, N15 161-173)
2. Visitor Lower Seats
(3) Regarding the use of large flags
・Definition of a large flag: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.
・Area where large flags can be used

※Please note that it is prohibited to enter areas other than designated areas in order to ensure the safety of all visitors.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing and use of items that are deemed defamatory, abusive, racially discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.
□Prohibited Acts
Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, please absolutely refrain from any J.League unified prohibited acts and the following acts listed below in any facility.
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Intentional place holding (flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). Please click here for more information.
・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.
Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening. Please note that temperature checks will be conducted for those who are preparing in advance, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter, so please understand in advance. Also, banner display after the opening is also possible.
・Visitor Team's Banner
It will be displayed after the opening. Pre-display is not possible.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.
□Others
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time when coming to the venue.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the staff entrance.
・If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its surrounding area.
・If you would like to leave your stroller, please inform the staff at the entrance.
・There is no general parking at Ajinomoto Stadium, so please use public transportation.
