□ How to use wheelchair seats
The use of wheelchair seats for this match is by advance reservation only.
Please note that without prior application, we cannot guide you to the wheelchair seats, so be sure to apply before attending.
Also, please understand in advance that if there are many applications, a lottery will be held.

※Only one accompanying person is allowed; from the second person onward, please watch the match from the seat of the ticket you purchased. Thank you for your understanding.
4. How to Apply
(1) Please purchase the above ticket in advance and apply by email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp) during the application period using one of the following methods.
①Fill in the necessary information on the application form, attach it to an email, and submit the application.
※PDF, Excel, jpg, and other file formats are acceptable.
② Please include the following necessary information in the email body and apply:
1. Name (in Katakana) 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. Email address 5. Name of accompanying person
※ When applying, please be sure to submit a copy of the disability certificate.
Starting from the 2021 season, applications will be accepted by email only. Please note that we cannot accept applications by fax. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have previously applied by fax. Thank you for your understanding.
(2) We will notify you of the results of the lottery by two business days before the match day.

5. Application Period

6. Notes
Please cooperate to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About seat spacing
Please be seated with a space between seats.
③ Understanding the viewing location
On the day of the match, in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching, the staff will check the seat number of the ticket you purchased and the wheelchair seat number for contact tracing and notification in case of infection (including accompanying persons).
