【3/18 Update】3/28 (Sun) Kobe Wheelchair Seats, Disabled Parking and Magnetic Loop Seats

In response to the relaxation of the number of spectators, the sale of visitor seats has been decided.
We will also install wheelchair seats behind the visitor seats.
Regarding the wheelchair seats, parking spaces for people with disabilities, and magnetic loop seats for the Vissel Kobe match on Mar 28 (Sun), the operational methods are as follows. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※The application method for parking spaces for people with disabilities and magnetic loop seats has changed partially from the 2021 season. Please check and apply.

□ How to use wheelchair seats
No advance reservation is required for using wheelchair seats.
Please purchase tickets and come directly to the stadium.
1. Viewing Area
"Main S Front" Wheelchair Seats (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats / 13 seats)
"Main S Rear", "Back Rear", "Back Center Rear" Wheelchair Seats (Former Temporary Wheelchair / Approximately 40 seats)
"Visitor Rear" Wheelchair Seats (Approximately 13 seats) *The number of seats may vary depending on the sales situation.
*Wheelchair seats in the Home Seats and South Side Seats Rear are not available for use.
2. Ticket Purchase
Only one accompanying person is allowed, and for 2 or more people, please note that they will be watching the game from the seat of the purchased ticket.

(1) For those with a disability certificate
Please purchase a home seat ticket regardless of the type of wheelchair seat you will be using for viewing.
(2)If you do not have a disability certificate
Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating area where you can watch the game.
※Main S front wheelchair seats are prioritized for those with disability certificates. Please note that depending on the usage on the day, you may be guided to the Main S rear wheelchair seats, so please understand in advance.

※Visitors' support is only possible in the visitor wheelchair seats.
Please purchase visitor seat tickets regardless of the presence or absence of a disability certificate.
3. Wheelchair Accessible Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance for wheelchair access. You can also enter from the main gate.
※Please make sure to bring your disability certificate as we may ask to check it at the wheelchair entrance.
4. Notes
Please cooperate to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gates and wheelchair entrances (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
② About seat spacing
Please be seated with a space between seats.
③ Understanding the viewing location
On the day of the match, in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching, the staff will check the seat number of the ticket you purchased and the wheelchair seat number for contact tracing and notification in case of infection (including accompanying persons).
□Accessible Parking for People with Disabilities
Prior reservation is required. Parking without reservation is not allowed, so please make sure to apply during the application period.

(2) We will send you the information for the day of the match by email up to 2 business days before the match date.

□ Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "Magnetic Loop Seats" so that those using hearing aids can also enjoy the game. These seats use the "telecoil" function built into hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by a microphone directly to the hearing aid.
※Please note that if tickets sell out during the early or priority sales periods, it may not be possible to provide tickets.
