【Challenge to the Next Stage】
The Final Round of the 18th Tokyo Club Youth U-17 Soccer Championship in 2016 became a "Tokyo Derby."

Tokyo's starting eleven, aiming for consecutive victories in the tournament, has Daimoto as their goalkeeper.
The DF line has Captain Okaniwa on the right. Sakaguchi is on the left, and Shinohara and Hasegawa hold the center.
In the midfield, Arakawa, Kobayashi (Shin), Hirakawa, and Kobayashi (Miki) line up flatly from the right, with Hara and Kubo as the two top players in the front line.
The formation for this tournament is based on 4-4-2.
Before the match meeting, Coach Sato said, "Let's face soccer sincerely and earnestly. Quality is important. Everything depends on us. Let's show the people who came to see the dynamic new FC Tokyo U-18!" and sent the players onto the pitch with a strong push.

《First Half》
Tokyo took the initiative from the outset with sharp starts. In the 2nd minute, Kubo capitalized on an opponent's mistake to go one-on-one with the GK, but was denied by a fine save.
Shortly afterward, Kobayashi (Miki) won the ball in front of the opposing goal and calmly slotted it inside the near post to open the scoring.
Tokyo, which moved the game first, was hit by Verdy's counterattack.
6 minutes, when attacked from the right side, the loose ball goes to the free player in the center of the goal.
Although targeted with a direct volley, it goes over the frame.
In the 7th minute, Verdy broke behind the defensive line and created a clear chance, but Ohmoto calmly saved the one-on-one.
After the match, Coach Sato said, "If it weren't for that great save by Ohmoto, I don't know what would have happened." Even after that, Ohmoto continued to make excellent plays and locked the Tokyo goal.
Tokyo, which surpasses the opponent's time by covering Hasegawa's movements and other actions while making sounds.
Throughout the match, Tokyo Verdy looked to create chances by building up from the back, including the GK.
On the other hand, Tokyo aggressively pressed forward with Haru and Kubo leading the front line. With organized defense, they prevented the opponent's attacks and had a chance for an additional goal in the 16th minute.
Kobayashi (Miki) steals the ball inside the opponent's field and carries it deep into the left penalty area, crossing it to the near side.
Hara jumps here but cannot catch the frame.
Tokyo continued to approach the goal with aggressive runs from Hara and Kubo behind the opposing defense and side attacks, but the second goal was far away due to the resilient defense.
Just before the end of the first half, Kubo broke through the opponent's defensive line and faced the GK one-on-one, but once again, he was stopped by the opponent's excellent goalkeeping, and the first half ended.

≪Half Time≫
Coach Sato
"Let's make it clear when we go to steal the ball and when we don't. When we go to steal it, let's not let it escape. It's becoming a tough game, but let's finish it until the end."

《Second half》
Verdy took the lead at the start.
Picked up the second ball from the midfield battle and it becomes a time of patience for 10 minutes.
When attacked from the left side and infiltrated into the penalty area, the near side is broken and the score is tied.
Tokyo substitutes Fuki-no for Hara. Switching to a two-top with Kobayashi (Miki) and Kubo, Fuki-no on the right side. Arakawa replaces Hara on the left.
As a result, Fuki-no brings the flow back to Tokyo with aggressive play.

Furthermore, in the 64th minute, when the ball from the left side reached the center, Fuki-no received it and passed it to Okaniwa, who ran on the outside and received the return pass, crossing the ball.
Kobayashi (Shin) jumped freely near and passed, but couldn't finish it.
In defense, Kobayashi (Shin) and Hirakawa prevent the opponent's attack in the midfield and do not let the flow pass in response to the opponent's counter.
Then, in the 72nd minute, Kobayashi (Miki) dribbles on the left side and draws the opponent, and passes the last pass to Kubo in the penalty area.
Kubo scored a spectacular goal from a narrow angle to take the lead.
Then, in the 75th minute, Kubo intercepted a misplaced pass in the opposition half, dribbled past the defender himself, and calmly finished a one-on-one with the GK to make it 3-1.

In the 87th minute, Arakawa makes a solo attack from the left side and aims for the far side with a cut-in and a right-footed shot, but narrowly misses the target.
In the 90th minute, Imamura won the ball from the opponent and unleashed a powerful long-range shot after dribbling forward, but the GK parried it away.
When Sugiyma picks up this in the right PA, Shinaida, who had been filling in on the far side of the shot cross, pushes it in with his body.
