Commentary

2009 Season 2nd Round Tokyo Youth League U15 Soccer League Second Half (Kanto Challenge League) 3rd Match.
This week, we really want to earn 3 points and chase the top teams. Under a chilly, cloudy sky, the match started at 4:30 p.m.

First, at 3 minutes, they earned a free kick, and it was Kamoike who connected with Tokuda's cross, but he couldn't make good contact. Conversely, at 9 minutes, GK Higashimura punched away a dangerous corner kick. At 13 minutes, Iguro skillfully ran onto Takei's through pass, breaking through the DF line to face the opposing GK one-on-one, but it was ruled offside. Then at 15 minutes, from Kamoike's hold-up play, Takei aimed a middle-range shot but missed the goal by a wide margin. At 28 minutes, they were broken down through the center and faced a dangerous situation, but Yoshida's covering prevented the opponent from getting a shot off. In stoppage time of the first half, Takei took the ball and dribbled through the center. Unable to tolerate this, the opposing DF committed a foul, resulting in a free kick about 20 meters slightly left of the center of the goal. Takei took the kick himself, and the ball went over the wall and was drawn into the near-side net, scoring the opening goal and ending the first half.

In the second half, aiming for additional goals, at the 43rd minute, Kan, who had just been substituted in, broke through the left side and crossed the ball, which Ishizuka met with a header but straight at the opposing GK. Conversely, immediately after, at the 44th minute, the opponent equalized with a header from a corner kick. At the 55th minute, a clean break down the left side led to a cross, but it did not connect centrally. At the 58th minute, Bozo Amos and at the 61st minute, Aki entered the pitch. They aimed for a goal, but were countered with a shot, which GK Higashimura saved. At the 66th minute, Aki cut back and took a left-footed shot, but it flew straight to the opposing GK. They relentlessly pursued the goal until the end and wanted to score, but the match ended in a 1-1 draw. From here on, matches that must be won will continue. To share the joy of victory with everyone, the team wants to unite and fight together cohesively.
