He joined FC Tokyo in 2005 and served in various roles such as Promotional Department, U-12 Development Officer, and U-15 Coach Fukagawa. From 2011 to 2013, he made significant contributions in the Promotional Department. From 2014 to 2016, he worked as the U-15 Coach Fukagawa, and from 2017, he focused on player development as the U-15 Coach Fukagawa.

    After graduating from university, I started coaching at Seijo Football Club. In 2005, I joined FC Tokyo and worked as a coach in the promotion department and development department. From 2016, I have been responsible for scouting, and from 2018, I have been in the strengthening department. In 2019, I served as the U-12 development coach. Utilizing my experience, I have been dedicated to player development as the U-15 Fukagawa coach since 2020. My favorite word is "passion".
