With the social statement 'Goals that connect to the future of our lives,' we aim to create 'a city blessed with cleaner air and nature,' and have been participating in LTO (LEADS TO THE OCEAN) since the 2025 season.
In the 2026/27 season as well, we will carry out the litter picking activity 'LTO' around the stadium during league home games.

This activity is also positioned as part of the J.League's 'SPORT POSITIVE LEAGUES (SPL)' initiative on 'biodiversity,' aiming for litter picking at the stadium to contribute to the beautification and preservation of the entire environment connecting the city to the ocean.
With the slogan 'No trash allowed to reach the ocean!', each piece of trash picked up at the stadium becomes a step toward protecting the sea. With this sentiment in our hearts, we will work together with everyone to expand the circle of caring for the community and nature.

Additionally, participants will be given a stamp card, and one stamp will be marked for each participation. Those who collect stamps within the designated period will receive a 'Trash Picking Master' certificate at the end of the season and are scheduled to participate in an award ceremony.

What is LTO?

LEADS TO THE OCEAN means "leads to the sea." As it becomes harder to imagine the ocean in our daily lives, this project encourages people to personally recognize that their daily lives are connected to the ocean, starting with "marine litter," and to raise awareness about the ocean's beauty and the issues of marine debris. It started in 2015.

What are SPORT POSITIVE LEAGUES (SPL)?

Sport Positive Leagues is a system that quantifies clubs' climate actions, allowing an at-a-glance understanding of their progress and the direction they should aim for. It targets clubs belonging to participating leagues and collects data on the status of 12 key initiatives important for climate change measures, focusing on environmental performance unique to the sports world. Examples include energy efficiency of match venues and facilities, use of renewable energy, efforts in recycling and waste reduction, management of CO2 emissions from fan and player transportation, collaboration with hometowns, and promotion of environmental education for players and others.
Then, a quantitative effect analysis is conducted using SPL's unique scoring system, calculating a total score with weighted categories such as energy, waste, and transportation. Scores are presented by league in a familiar ranking table format for sports fans, and participating clubs are introduced across the board. This data-driven approach visualizes environmental initiatives, and by publishing the scores, it promotes the sharing of best practices and incorporates a mechanism that motivates the pursuit of higher goals.
