An interaction event will be held on February 11 (Wed, Holiday) for all Meiji Yasuda J1 Century Vision League SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members. SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members are encouraged to apply for the lottery.
* Please note that only the winners and their accompanying guests are allowed to enter the Kodaira Ground.

Also, the gates will open after practice on the day, so the practice will not be open to the public. Thank you for your understanding.

During the time that players, coaches, and staff are on the field, taking photos, recording videos, and sharing information related to practice on social media is prohibited, so please be aware of this in advance.

① There is no parking available at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle. Parking at nearby commercial facilities is not only a nuisance and subject to reports, but may also result in the suspension of future open practice sessions, so please absolutely refrain from doing so.
* Please be aware that even when using nearby commercial facilities, if your main purpose is to visit Kodaira Ground or if you are seen wearing FC Tokyo merchandise, you may be subject to reports and similar actions.
When arriving by bicycle, please cooperate by following the guidance of staff and security personnel and park in the designated bicycle area.
③ It is prohibited to gather in large numbers in front of nearby stores or to raise loud voices on surrounding roads, as it may disturb the local residents.

2. About the Facility
① The number of chairs at the observation area is limited. You may bring a folding chair, but please be considerate of those around you if there are many visitors. Please refrain from spreading out plastic sheets or other mats. Also, please take great care in managing your valuables and belongings.
② Please refrain from eating at Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash home with you.
③ Displaying banners or similar items without prior permission from the club is prohibited.
④ Pets are not allowed. Please note that bringing pets into the facility area, even if they are in a carrier bag, is prohibited.
⑤ There is no roof at the observation area, so please bring your own rain gear. Also, there are no sheltered rest areas, so please prepare in advance for heat, sun exposure, and cold weather.
⑥ Please refrain from visiting if you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition. If someone clearly shows signs of poor health, they may be asked to leave the facility.

3. Measures for Severe Weather and Summer Periods</u></strong>
① In cases where severe weather is expected based on prior forecasts, during the summer period when the heat index criteria (such as issuance of heatstroke warning alerts) are met, or when the spread of infectious diseases is anticipated, please understand that the practice viewing may be canceled to ensure the safety of visitors, players, and staff. If a cancellation decision is made by the day before, it will be announced on the top team schedule page. When considering visiting, please be sure to check the schedule in advance.
② On the day, in case of sudden severe weather or if the heat index exceeds the standard value, staff may announce the cancellation of viewing or the cancellation of interaction after training even during the training session. Safety is our top priority, so we ask for your cooperation in exiting smoothly.

[Notes for Practice Viewing]
① Please follow the instructions and guidance of security personnel and staff, and observe within the designated area.
Please refrain from filming during training, both video and still images. All filming is prohibited regardless of the equipment used, such as video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, or for personal viewing as a keepsake. Additionally, taking notes on training content or participating players, as well as posting on social media in text form, is also prohibited. This is to prevent the potential sharing of information with other clubs we will be competing against. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
③ Please refrain from speaking to players during training.
④ Please be careful as balls may fly into the viewing area. Also, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during practice observations.

【Notes on Interaction】
① On the day of the event, only winners and their accompanying persons are allowed to enter the Kodaira Ground.
Only winners can enter the interaction area. Accompanying persons who are in elementary school or older will need to wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
③ One accompanying preschool child is allowed to enter the interaction area, but please note that they cannot participate in the interaction.
④ The content of the "interaction" will consist of photo (still image) taking and autograph signing, and as a general rule, we ask for your cooperation in allowing one item per person per player (either one photo session or one autograph). Additionally, please refrain from video recording.
⑤ To minimize the time players stop to converse, we ask fans to be considerate of those around them and the players' conditions, and to cooperate with each other.
⑥ Please refrain from bringing items or allowing infants to be handed over to players for photos. Also, please refrain from giving players smartphones or cameras to take photos.
Photos taken during the "Interaction" event (still images) can be posted on social media, etc.
⑧ You may bring letters or gifts for the players, but as a general rule, please do not hand them directly to the players. Instead, write the name of the intended player on the item and place it in the box set up in the "Interaction" zone. Staff will deliver them to each player. Also, please understand in advance that we cannot accept food, beverages, hazardous items, expensive or valuable items. (If such items are found in the box, they will be disposed of.)
⑨ Selling players' autographs, photos, etc., without the club's permission is prohibited. Use is limited to personal enjoyment such as on social media or websites.
⑩ In the event of sudden practice cancellations or cancellations of interactions due to rain or other reasons, the winning will be invalidated. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
⑪ Please understand in advance that there may be players who do not participate in practice or interactions due to conditions or recovery training, etc.

During past interactions, many customers were observed following the rules. However, the following actions were found to be in violation of the above rules.
・We have informed each player that they can choose either a signature or a photo, but despite this, we received both a signature and a photo from each player.
・Despite only offering high fives during rainy weather, the parent took a photo of their child with the player and requested a photo shoot.
・Despite only offering high fives in case of rain, I stopped a player and got their autograph.

If such behavior is found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot and exclude you from future fan service-related lotteries such as interactions. Also, please understand that you will be asked to leave at that time on the day of the interaction.
We ask for your cooperation so that all participants can enjoy the interaction fairly.

[Regarding Photo and Video Shooting and Handling of Information]
① While players, coaches, and staff are on the field, all photography using video cameras, digital cameras, tablets, smartphones, etc., regardless of purpose including personal viewing as a memento, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, taking notes on practice content or participating players, as well as posting text on social media, is also prohibited. This is to prevent providing information to opposing clubs, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
② Taking photos and posting on social media when there are no players before or after practice is not a problem.
