Kabushiki Kaisha LIVE BOARD was established in 2019 and was the first in Japan to realize advertising delivery based on impressions (VAC)* in the OOH field. Even under conditions where changes in human flow are likely to occur, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, we develop advertising delivery and billing systems that are as close to reality as possible based on the assumed number of people who "see that advertisement at that time and place." In addition, by combining a unique network that integrates various digital OOH across Japan—including outdoor, indoor, inside trains, and station premises—with big data from one of the largest domestic carriers, we have enabled "people"-based delivery such as targeting by gender and age group, which was difficult with conventional OOH.
We have recently signed an official partnership contract with Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. to spread the excitement of FC Tokyo's J1 League matches throughout Tokyo. Through our sponsorship contract with FC Tokyo, we will support the further development of the players and the club, and provide high-value services to our fans and supporters.
* LIVE BOARD adopts impressions (VAC = Visibility Adjusted Contact / total number of ad viewers) that take into account the visibility rate based on visibility surveys, as recommended by the OOH Global Measurement Guidelines. Among the number of people in the media's visibility area (OTS = Opportunity to See), the total number of people who may come into contact with the OOH advertisement (OTC = Opportunity to Contact, considering movement direction and presence of obstacles within the visibility area) is defined. By applying the visibility rate corresponding to the media to this number, the estimated total number of people who are likely to actually see the advertisement (VAC) is calculated.

【Initiative Details】
Starting from March 25, 2024 (Monday), LIVE BOARD will broadcast videos at up to 19 outdoor digital OOH locations in Tokyo to promote FC Tokyo's home games. The first videos will be related to the two games held at Japan National Stadium in April.
