About spectator manners for the 7/6 (Wed) Sapporo match
In games during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines newly established as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.
Depending on the spread of COVID-19, government announcements, and decisions by local authorities, restrictions, transition timings, and operational methods may change suddenly.
This match will be designated as a "Cheering Support Operation Verification Match," and some seats will be designated as the "Cheering Support Area." It will be held under different viewing rules and guidelines than usual. We ask that customers planning to attend comply with the viewing rules and guidelines.

About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security for matches based on management regulations. When attending, we ask for your support in the spirit of fair play and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited items within the stadium as well as the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Spectator Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Match Management Regulations.
Please note that whether the relevant behavior violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.
※ If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be asked to follow the punishment of being expelled or banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering other matches at stadiums where you have committed violations.
□Regarding Filming and Use of Video Inside the Stadium for Match Broadcasts, etc.
Video footage filmed inside the stadium (including concourses) for the purpose of use in match broadcasts, etc.
(including portraits of individual visitors, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for purposes other than match broadcasts, so please be aware of the following.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use by the J.League and official club media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video productions and various merchandise created by the J.League or parties designated by the J.League (including partner companies)
Things required of all visitors
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are under behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (including cases where you tested positive before the diagnosis)
・If there are suspected infections among your cohabiting family or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the last 14 days, and have received behavioral restrictions from public authorities
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes, hugs, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
※ Especially just before the match starts or during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please use them at different times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※ We recommend using non-woven fabric masks with high collection efficiency. However, the following cases allow for attendance without a mask:
① If you have respiratory diseases or allergies that make it difficult to wear a mask. However, please take alternative measures such as maintaining distance from other attendees.
② If you remove your mask for heatstroke prevention. Please refrain from talking, cheering, or vocalizing, and be mindful of cough etiquette. If you do talk, cheer, or vocalize, please wear a mask beforehand.
③ If you are eating or drinking, you may remove your mask, but do not talk, cheer, or vocalize while your mask is off.
※ Staff may approach those not wearing a mask for reasons other than the above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

※ According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please continue to wear a mask as a preventive measure even after vaccination.
※ Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, mask-wearing is not uniformly required. If the child is not feeling well and cannot wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the guardian.
(5) Please cooperate with "cough etiquette" to prevent infection from coughs and sneezes.
(6) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible.
(7) Temperature checks are conducted at the entrance gate.
Entry will not be permitted if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher. Thank you for your understanding.
□Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the facility, unless specifically deemed necessary by the J-League's management and safety personnel, as well as any items listed in the J-League's unified list of prohibited items.
- Bottles, cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Pets are allowed to be brought in.
・Items that security guards recognize as potentially interfering with the operation or progress of other matches, causing inconvenience or danger to others

With the establishment of the unreserved seating area, we will organize the waiting lines for admission. We will provide details on the implementation method as soon as they are decided.
□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Priority entry will be granted to SOCIO members and corporate annual ticket holders before general admission.

(2) Seats that can be entered for a certain period of time from the opening of the gate will be restricted for each gate. If you enter early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

・South Gate 1: For those who have tickets for the Visitor General Admission, Main SS Designated Seat South Side, and Main S Designated Seat South Side and will be supporting the visiting team.

(3) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will be denied if it is 37.5°C or higher.
Please note that refunds will not be provided even if entry is denied. Also, when entry is refused, we may ask for your contact information.
(4) Hand sanitizers will be installed on the concourse after entering the gate. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
(5) Re-entry is possible.

(6) We will not implement regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
□Spectator Seating
(1) The lower tier of the home general seating and the lower tier of the visitor general seating are standing areas where you can stand and cheer.
The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where people who are standing will not be told to "please sit down." Continuous standing to watch in other areas is prohibited.
(2) Spectating while wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas:
Visitor general seating, Main SS designated seating south side, Main S designated seating south side
※Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side are mixed areas.
(3) Except for the "Cheering Area with Voice," seating will be arranged with seats filled in.

【Cheering Area with Voice】(Home Lower Free Seating, Visitor Lower Free Seating)
(1) The "Cheering Area with Voice" consists of the following seat types.
① "Home Free Seating Lower Tier"
② "Visitor Free Seating Lower Tier"
※The upper stands are not "vocal support areas" respectively.
※Please note that we will be conducting ticket checks when entering the "Cheering Area," so please present your ticket when entering the area.
(2) Viewing Rules in the "Cheering Area with Voice"
・Wear a non-woven mask
Even when shouting, wear a non-woven mask and maintain physical distance from others
・In principle, shout while facing the direction of the pitch.
However, individuals who support without facing the direction of the pitch (assuming the role of a cheerleading squad leader) should maintain a physical distance of 2 meters square.
・The use of Tramega for the purpose of coordinating support is permitted.
(3) The following actions are prohibited.
・Changing seats
Moving forward in the stands to call out to players, approaching others closely without spacing in front, behind, or to the sides, sitting next to others without spacing, linking arms, etc.
・Food and drink (excluding alcoholic beverages, hydration with soft drinks and other fluids is allowed)
※Please refrain from speaking when replenishing fluids and promptly wear a mask after replenishing.
・Bringing your own food and alcoholic beverages
(4) Regarding the Use of Noise-Making Instruments
・Available instruments: drums only (no other instruments can be used)
・Available seats for drums: Lower level of home general admission and lower level of visitor general admission
(5) Regarding the Use of Large Flags
・Definition of Large Flags: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
※If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.
・Area where flags can be used: Lower level of home general seating and lower level of visitor general seating
※Please note that it is prohibited to enter areas other than the designated area in order to ensure the safety of all visitors.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing and use of items that are deemed defamatory, abusive, racially discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.
[No Vocal Cheering Area]
(1) The following cheering actions remain prohibited.
・Inciting cheers (except leading hand claps with drums)
・Cheering by singing or vocalizing, whistling
・Use of megaphones including tramagas
・High-fives, linking arms
・Cheering using big flags
*Clapping and hand clapping are permitted.
*Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose infection risks such as loud shouting, singing, cheering, and crowding.

Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening. Temperature checks will also be conducted for those who are preparing in advance, and please note that you will not be allowed to enter if your temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Additionally, banner display (flags, banners) is also possible after the opening.
・Visitor team's banner
It will be displayed after the gates open. Pre-display is not possible.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.
Prohibited Actions
Unless otherwise deemed necessary by the operation and safety officer, please refrain from engaging in any J-League unified prohibited actions or the following acts at any facility.
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Intentional place holding (flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.).
・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.
□Others
・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the staff entrance.
・If you wish to leave your stroller, please inform the staff at the entrance.
・There is no general parking available at Ajinomoto Stadium, so please use public transportation.
