Notice of the Passing of Mr. Shintaro Ishihara
Former Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara passed away on Feb 1, 2022 (Tue). Our thoughts and prayers are with him.
Shintaro Ishihara was involved with FC Tokyo in various ways, including delivering a greeting at the opening ceremony of Tokyo Stadium in 2001 and during the courtesy visit when FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi went on a Germany tour in 2006 (winning the Berlin Youth Soccer Tournament).
