□Q&A Regarding the 2022 Annual Ticket
Q1. If you purchase a "Home Free Seating" or "Back Free Seating" ticket and select the [Pre-allocated Seating Method], is it possible to sit next to family or friends who also purchased annual tickets?
A. There is a section in the "Questionnaire Form for Desired Areas, etc." where you can write your request to sit next to someone, so if you fill it out there, we will check your request and allocate seats accordingly.
※If you are watching with family or friends who are not annual ticket holders, please check [Q4].

Q2. What are the rules for seat allocation during restricted matches under the [Pre-allocated Seating Method]?
A. For reserved seats, allocation will be based on the usual seat positions and requests for adjacent seats. For free seating, allocation will be made according to rules determined by the club based on customer requests.

Q3. If I purchase a "Home Unreserved Seat" or "Back Unreserved Seat" and choose the [Pre-allocated Seating Method], am I unable to request seats such as front row or aisle seats? Also, what happens if the desired area is fully booked?
A. There is a "Request Field" in the questionnaire form where you can freely write your requests, so please fill it out if you have any. However, please understand that due to limited seat numbers, we may not be able to fulfill all requests. Also, we will ask for up to your third choice for the desired area and will allocate seats within the areas you have indicated as your preferences. In the unlikely event that all three preferred areas are fully booked, the club will contact you individually to ask for alternative preferred areas.

Q4. If I choose the [Pre-allocated Seating Method], can I move to another seat only when watching with family or friends?
A. If you choose the [Pre-allocated Seating Method], your seat is decided for the entire season at the beginning of the season, so you cannot move to a different seat as an annual ticket holder. If you wish to move to another seat only when watching with family or friends, we recommend purchasing a separate ticket and listing your annual ticket seat on the official resale platform.
* Please note that the official resale is not guaranteed to be completed, and if it is completed, a fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Q5. Will there be SOCIO advance sales for the 2022 season as well?
→A. For the 2022 season, SOCIO members will again be able to purchase tickets first through the SOCIO advance sales.

Q6. I do not wish to auto-renew, but is it possible to purchase the same seat as last year?
A. For seat types with the right to the same seat (pair seats, Main SS, Main S, Back Center UF, Back Center), if the application and payment are completed by Tuesday, December 21, the same seat will be secured even if you do not wish to continue automatically.

Q7. After purchase, is it possible to change from the [Pre-assigned Seating Method] to the [Refund Method], or from the [Refund Method] to the [Pre-assigned Seating Method]?
A. Changes cannot be made after purchase, so please be sure to carefully check the details before proceeding with your purchase to avoid any mistakes.

Q8. How do I renew a pair seat?
A. Since the 2022 season is also on a waiting list, we will separately send an application form necessary for renewal to those who purchased in the 2021 season, so please complete the renewal procedure using that form.

From the 2022 season, we will implement automatic renewal for both the "2022 Annual Ticket" and the "2022 Club Support Member".
If you wish to have automatic renewal at the time of application, please be sure to check the "Regarding the automatic renewal of the 2022 Annual Ticket and Club Support Member".

①Access the above URL and log in with the J.League ID that is linked to the SOCIO Club Support Member
②Display the card of the member information (SOCIO or Club Support Member) that you want to confirm and select "Member Menu"
③Select "Member Information Inquiry" and check the "【SOCIO・CSM】Automatic Continuation" section
④If "Yes"→wish to continue automatically
If "No" or "No Answer"→do not wish to continue automatically
※If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, please request cancellation of automatic renewal on the "Automatic Renewal Content/Change Confirmation Page" which will open on Dec 1 (Wed). Those who do not wish to continue automatic renewal at the time of applying for the 2021 season cannot change to automatic renewal at this time.

2022 U-5 tickets will also start accepting applications amidst the uncertain future due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but sales will be conducted in a different manner than usual.
Please be sure to check this page and the annual ticket details page, and proceed with the various procedures after agreeing to the terms.

*Please note that the method of entry and refund eligibility for matches designated as "Remote Matches" or "Restricted Matches" will vary depending on the purchase method. For details, please refer to the section below, [About Pre-Seat Allocation and Refund Methods].

□Main Changes for the 2022 Season
Change ①You will select either the "Pre-Allocated Seating Method" or the "Refund Method."
In the 2021 season, annual tickets were sold using the "Refund Method," but based on the survey results from SOCIO members, for the 2022 season we will offer both the "Pre-Allocated Seating Method" and the "Refund Method."
Based on the J.League's guidelines for preventing the spread of the new coronavirus, when games are held with limited capacity and seating, you will need to choose either the "pre-allocated seating method" or the "refund method" for exercising your annual ticket rights before applying.

[About Pre-Seat Allocation and Refund Methods]

[For those who have purchased "Home General Admission" or "Back General Admission" with the option to choose a seating method in advance]
In the case of a restricted game where all seats are designated, please sit in the seat with the seat seal that has been assigned in advance. After applying, you will receive a payment completion email with a URL to an questionnaire form where you can indicate your desired area and adjacent seat preference.
※Please note that the club will determine the seating position, so we cannot accept detailed seat requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Change ②We will establish Main SSS Reserved Seats.
・There will be a total of four blocks, two blocks closer to the center on each side (north and south) of the lower level Main S Reserved Seats in the main stand.
・We will sell two blocks on the north side (compared to the home side) as annual tickets.
・You can continue to watch the game from the same seat in the following years.
・Due to limited seating, tickets will be sold through a lottery system for annual ticket holders. For those who are interested, please apply for seats other than the Main SSS Reserved Seats and indicate in the "Comments" section that you would like the Main SSS Reserved Seats. (Valid until Dec 21 (Tue) for payment)
・We will contact only the winners by the end of December.

Change ③ We will lower the annual ticket prices starting from the 2021 season.

※U-18: For those who are 18 years old or younger (born on or after Jan 1, 2004)
※Senior: For those aged 65 and over (born on or before December 31, 1957)

□ In the case of a "remote match" or a "restricted match"
The matches eligible for refunds will differ depending on the "pre-assigned seating method" or "refund method" selected at the time of purchasing the annual ticket. For details, please refer to the above section, 【About Pre-assigned Seating Method and Refund Method】.

・Refund amount per game
(Annual ticket amount - Annual ticket operating cost) ÷ Number of annual ticket eligible games × Number of refund eligible games
※We will refund the amount deducted from the selling price as the annual ticket operating cost, which is a flat rate of "5,800 yen".
※Refunds will be made in a lump sum after the end of the season.
※Regardless of seat type/ticket type/years of continuous use, the operating COSTA will be the same.
※No need to return the various benefits of the annual ticket.

・If a restricted match where the "pre-assigned seating method" is applied
Regardless of the seat spacing of other seat types, home seats and home UF reserved seats will be seated in a checkerboard pattern with one seat left empty in front, behind, left, and right.

・In the case of a restricted match with fewer than 10,000 spectators
Regardless of the purchase method, it will be subject to a refund, and a lump-sum refund will be made after the end of the season based on the above "refund amount per match.".

□Regarding the Sending of Renewal Notices
The sending of renewal notices has ended from the 2021 season. Please complete your renewal procedures using the J.League ID you applied with in the 2021 season.
If you wish to apply by paper, please apply from the "Request for Materials" page, which is scheduled to open on Nov 30 (Tue).

□ Regarding the Waiting List for "Pair Seats"
"Pair seats" are currently sold out, but if vacancies occur during the 2022 season, priority will be given to those continuing as SOCIO members. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please indicate this in the ＜requests column＞ at the time of application.

□To Everyone Who Has Purchased Corporate Season Tickets
We will provide further information regarding the handling of corporate season tickets at a later date.
