Automatic Renewal for 2022 Season Tickets and Club Support Members
Thank you very much for your support and encouragement to FC Tokyo.
"2022 Annual Tickets" and "2022 Club Support Members" will be automatically renewed.
Those who wished to have automatic renewal at the time of application for the 2021 season will be subject to "2022 Season Automatic Renewal," so please be sure to check this page.
□ How to Check Your Automatic Renewal Preference

・Confirmation Procedure
①Access the above URL and log in with the J.League ID linked to your SOCIO or Club Support Member account.
②Display the card of the member information you want to check (SOCIO or Club Support Member) and select "Member Menu".
③Select "Member Information Inquiry" and check the "[SOCIO・CSM] Automatic Renewal" section.
④If it says "Yes" → You wish to have automatic renewal.
If it says "No" or "No Response" → You do not wish to have automatic renewal.
□Regarding Changes to Automatic Renewal Preferences
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal for the 2022 season, please cancel the automatic renewal on the "Automatic Renewal Details and Change Confirmation Page" which will open on Dec 1 (Wed).
If you do not wish to automatically renew at the time of application for the 2021 season, please be aware that you cannot change your preference to automatic renewal at this time.

□To Everyone Who Wishes to Continue Automatic Renewal・From Dec 1 (Wed), you can change your seat type, credit card information, or cancel automatic renewal on the "Automatic Renewal Details Confirmation and Change Page."

Dec 1 (Wed) - Dec 15 (Wed) until 23:59
[For those who wish to continue as SOCIO]
- When applying for the 2022 season, you must select the "Pre-allocated seating method" and "Refund method".If no request is made, we will assume the "Refund method".
・For those who purchased designated seats for the 2021 season, your preferred area and requests, including requests for adjacent seats, will carry over the same content as the 2021 season. If there are any changes to the content, please make the changes on the "Registration Information Change Page."
・For those who have applied for U-18 tickets for the 2021 season, your ticket type will automatically be changed to adult tickets for the 2022 season if you are no longer eligible for U-18 tickets.
・For those who purchased reserved seats in the 2021 season, you will automatically be changed to the senior ticket type from the 2022 season if you are eligible for the first time as a senior.
・For those who wish to apply for "Main SSS Designated Seats", "Pair Seat Cancellation Waiting List", and "SOCIO Card Reissue", there is no "" on the "Automatic Continuation Confirmation/Change Page". Please contact "socio@fctokyo.co.jp" with your SOCIO number and name, and provide the desired information.
[For those who wish to automatically continue their club support membership]
・If there is no request, the commemorative goods will be specified by the club.
・For those who have applied for the U-18 course in the 2021 season, you will automatically be transferred to the Regular course in the 2022 season as you will no longer be eligible for the U-18 course.
[Attention]
・Please note that you cannot make any changes to your registration information after the automatic renewal procedure period has ended. Kindly understand this in advance.
・Only the member information displayed at the time of login will be subject to automatic continuation.
・If you selected "installment payment" when applying for the 2021 season, the payment for the automatic renewal of the 2022 season will be "full payment".
*Please note that installment payment cannot be selected for automatic renewal.
