□How to Use Wheelchair Seats
Use of wheelchair seats for this match requires advance application.
Please make sure to apply in advance and attend the event with your reservation, as we are unable to guide you to wheelchair seats without prior registration.
Please note that if there are many applications, a lottery will be held.
1. Eligible Applicants
Persons with a disability certificate who use a wheelchair
2. Viewing Area
Under the Back Stand (South Side)
3. Tickets to Purchase
※ Accompanying persons are limited to one person, and if there are two or more people, please note that you will be watching the game from the seat of the purchased ticket.
4. Application Method
(1) Please purchase the above ticket in advance and apply by email (unei@fctokyo.co.jp) during the application period using one of the following methods.
① Fill in the necessary information on the application form, attach it to an email, and submit the application
※PDF, Excel, jpg, and other file formats are acceptable.
② Apply by including the following required information in the body of the email
1. Name (Furigana) 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. Email address 5. Name of accompanying person

※Please also submit a copy of the disability certificate when applying.
From the 2021 season, applications will be accepted by email only. Please note that we are unable to accept applications by fax. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have previously applied by fax. Thank you for your understanding.
(2) We will notify you of the application result and the details for the match day by two business days before the match.

5. Application Period
General ticket sales from August 24 (Tue) to August 29 (Sun) 12:00 p.m.
※Please note that the period is shorter due to the ticket sales period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
※Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.
6. Notes
Please cooperate to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket.
② About seat spacing
Please be seated with a space between seats.
③ Understanding the viewing location
On the day of the match, staff members will check the seat numbers of the tickets purchased (including accompanying persons) for the purpose of identifying and notifying close contacts in case of infection.
