* From the 2021 season, the application methods for parking spaces for people with disabilities and magnetic loop seats have been partially changed. Please check and apply accordingly.

□ Wheelchair Seat Usage Instructions
No prior reservation is required to use the wheelchair seats.
Please purchase tickets and come directly to the stadium.

1. Viewing Area
"Main S Front" Wheelchair Seats (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats/13 seats)
Wheelchair Seats "Main S Rear", "Back Rear", "Back Center Rear" (Former Temporary Wheelchair Seats/Approximately 40 seats)
※Wheelchair seats in the home and south side sections are not available for use.

2. Tickets to Purchase
Please note that only one companion is allowed, and from the second companion onward, you will need to watch the game from the seat of the ticket you purchased.

▽Home Wheelchair Seats
※These are the cheering seats for FC Tokyo.

(1) If you have a disability certificate
Please purchase a ticket for the home seat regardless of the wheelchair seat type for watching the game.

(2)If you do not have a disability certificate
Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating area where you can watch the game.

※Main S front wheelchair seats are prioritized for those with disability certificates. Please note that depending on the usage on the day, you may be guided to the Main S rear wheelchair seats, so please understand in advance.

3. Wheelchair Accessible Entrance
There is a dedicated entrance for wheelchair access. You can also enter from the main gate.
※Please make sure to bring your disability certificate as we may ask to check it at the wheelchair entrance.

4. Notes
Please cooperate to prevent the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gates and wheelchair entrances (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
② About seat spacing
Please be seated with a space between seats.
③ Understanding the viewing location
On the day of the match, in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching, the staff will check the seat number of the ticket you purchased and the wheelchair seat number for contact tracing and notification in case of infection (including accompanying persons).

□Accessible Parking for People with Disabilities
Prior reservation is required. Parking without reservation is not allowed, so please make sure to apply during the application period.

※ Those who apply for the first time this season must also submit a copy of their disability certificate.

(2) We will send you the match day information by email at least two business days before the match day.
※If you do not receive an email by the day before the match, please contact the following inquiry desk.
※Please note that we are unable to accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.

□ Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "Magnetic Loop Seats" so that those using hearing aids can also enjoy the game. These seats use the "telecoil" function built into hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by a microphone directly to the hearing aid.
* Please note that for the June 27 (Sun) match against Oita Trinita, due to the 5,000-person limit, if tickets are sold out, seats will not be available. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

(1) Each individual will need to prepare a hearing aid with a telecoil function for this service.
(2) This is only for advance reservation and sales. Please note that we cannot prepare on the day.
