"Keiokaku Velodrome (TOKYO OVAL KEIOKAKU)" is a velodrome operated by the Tokyo 11 City Keirin Business Association, a special administrative union consisting of 11 cities: Chofu, Hachioji, Musashino, Ome, Akishima, Machida, Koganei, Kodaira, Hino, Higashimurayama, and Kokubunji. Since opening the velodrome in Tamagawa, Chofu City in 1949, we have received the understanding and cooperation of the surrounding communities, and this year marks our 72nd anniversary.
Impressive power at the main venue! You can watch the intense battles of the players up close. In addition, various events are held during the event, and there is a facility where a wide range of generations from children to adults can enjoy, so please feel free to visit.
