Group Ticket Purchase Information

If you wish to purchase 30 or more tickets for FC Tokyo home games, you can purchase them directly from FC Tokyo.
* Applications are accepted for all seat types and desired quantities; however, depending on ticket sales status and match operation circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

  1. Purchase Process

    • After confirming the contents of the application form, we will reply within 7 business days to the registered email address of your J.League ID regarding the availability of tickets.

    * If you have set domain-specific reception, please configure it to allow emails from “@fctokyo.co.jp”.

    • After all details of the purchased tickets are finalized, paper tickets and invoices will be issued (after the general sales date).
    • Please transfer the ticket payment to the designated bank account listed on the invoice.

  2. Application deadline

    • Up to 3 weeks before each match day

    ※ Due to the number of seats available, there are no group tickets for wheelchair seats or universal seats.

    ※ Depending on the match, seat type, number of seats, and sales circumstances, we may not be able to meet your request. Also, seat locations will be decided by the club. We cannot accept detailed requests such as seat numbers or specific seat locations.

    * Reservations before the start of sales are not accepted.

    Number of tickets

    30 or more tickets of the same seat type

    • After all details of the purchased tickets are finalized, paper tickets and invoices will be issued (after the general sales date).
    • Please transfer the ticket payment to the designated bank account listed on the invoice.

    Price

    • We have established three price tiers, which will be applied depending on the opponent and timing. Reference prices are available here
    • Prices for each match will be announced on the official homepage about 5 to 7 weeks before the match date, so please check and apply accordingly.

    * Tickets are sold at regular prices. There are no discounted sales.

Notes

  • Registration of a J.League ID is required for applications and inquiries.
  • Completion of the application form submission does not guarantee ticket reservation.
  • We cannot accommodate changes to seat types or quantities, cancellations, etc., after ticket or invoice issuance.
