About Spectator Etiquette
During events or when matches are held at venues other than Ajinomoto Stadium, some operational methods will be changed. Please check the latest information from the game information for each match before attending.
About J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
To provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security based on management regulations. When attending the match, we ask for your support in the spirit of fair play and kindly request that you comply with the prohibited items inside the stadium, the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Spectator Manners & Rules), and the management regulations.
Please note that whether the relevant behavior violates the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.

If prohibited acts defined in the management regulations or acts that pose security issues are committed, you may be asked to leave or be banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be banned from entering matches other than the stadium where the violation occurred.
Regarding Filming and Video Usage Inside the Stadium for Match Broadcasts, etc.
All or part (including still images) of the footage filmed inside the stadium (including concourses) for the purpose of use in match broadcasts, etc. (including portraits of individual attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) may be used for the following purposes other than match broadcasts, so please be aware of this in advance.

Prohibited Items
Please do not bring the following items into the facility, unless specifically deemed necessary by the operator or safety officer, and in accordance with the J-League's unified prohibited items policy:
- Bottles and cans (The contents of bottles and cans will be transferred to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering)
* Plastic bottles are allowed.
- Other items that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others, as determined by security personnel.
About entering and exiting the stadium
Opening times, entrance gates, and re-entry gates may change depending on ticket sales and event schedules. Additionally, the status of AO-AKA PARK may vary depending on the match, so please check the game information for each match as well.
Opening Hours
Prior to general admission, we will be implementing priority entry for SOCIO and corporate annual ticket holders.

Entrance Gate
Seats that can be entered for a certain period of time from the opening will be restricted for each gate. If you enter early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

Waiting List Lottery Entry
Regarding the operation of the entrance waiting line, we will introduce a ticket number acquisition system using the "FC Tokyo Official App" for those with unreserved seats (SOCIO and general).
The entrance waiting line is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive from the time the gates open until kickoff, SOCIO members can use SOCIO priority entry, and there are seats available for all ticket holders. Not everyone is required to participate in the lottery.
Please determine your arrival time based on your own method of watching.
Lottery Entry Period and Result Notification Date
※ Issuance, cancellation, and re-entry of tickets cannot be done after the above lottery entry period ends.
* The ticket numbers are not assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, the time period during which you entered the lottery does not affect the lottery results.
Waiting line organization (for home general admission seats)
The entrance waiting line is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gate opens and in time for the kickoff, there are seats available for you to sit, so you don't necessarily have to line up.
Please determine your arrival time based on your own method of watching.

Those who have a numbered ticket through lottery entry
- Please prepare the numbered ticket obtained in advance and line up in the waiting line area (see the waiting line area below) 20 minutes before the applicable gate opening time (see how to line up in the waiting line area below). Those not present during line organization will have their numbered tickets invalidated.

For those without a numbered ticket
- You may line up at the end of the queue starting 4 hours before kickoff. After lining up once, you may leave the line. Please return to the waiting line area 20 minutes before the designated gate opening time.
* After gathering 20 minutes before the gate opens, you cannot leave the line until entry. Please be aware of this before lining up.

How to Line Up in the Waiting Area
A rope marked with numbered tickets is set up as a guide, so please line up with your companions at the spot corresponding to your numbered ticket.

Organization of Waiting Lines Inside the Venue
Please line up in the waiting area at the main gate, back gate, and South Gate 1 starting 4 hours before kickoff. After securing your spot, you may leave the waiting line.

Re-entry is possible from the following gate.
Re-entry Gates: Main Gate 4, Back Gate 1, Back Gate 3
Re-entry Hours: From SOCIO gate opening until halftime

Exit Time
There will be no regulation ejections, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing spectators by adjusting the time.
Spectator Rules
Standing Area
Home general admission lower area and visitor general admission lower area can be used as standing area for cheering. Standing area does not necessarily require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people to "please sit down". Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
Visitor Goods Wearable Area
Wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas.
- Visitor Seats
- Main SS Reserved Seats South Side
- Main S Reserved Seats South Side
- Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating
- Wheelchair Visitor Free Seating
* The Main SS Reserved Seat South Side, Main S Reserved Seat South Side, and Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating are mixed areas.
※ Wearing visitor goods or supporting the visiting team is strictly prohibited outside the above areas.
* Please note that the Main SSS Reserved Seats, whether on the north or south side, are designated as FC Tokyo supporter seats.
* If there are any changes to the above viewing rules, we will inform you in the ticket sales overview for each match.
About displaying banners (flags, banners)
Banner (flag, banner) display locations are determined. Please refrain from displaying outside of the designated locations. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

- For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners) please gather at "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store" on the stadium premises 120 minutes before the opening.
- In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.

- This will be displayed after the opening of the gate. Pre-display is not possible.
※ Please check with the staff in advance before displaying and follow their instructions.
※ The use of duct tape is prohibited when attaching banners.
About the use of musical instruments
Only the lower level of the home general admission seats and the lower level of the visitor seats can be used.
Please refrain from using musical instruments in other areas.
About the use of the big flag
Definition of a large flag: Flag portion (vertical 1m or more x horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※
If either the flag portion or the pole is 1 meter or longer in any dimension, it is considered a large flag.
However, L flags are not included as large flags.
Areas where large flags can be used: Lower level of home general admission seats and lower level of visitor seats
※ Please understand that use outside the designated areas is prohibited to ensure the safety of all attendees.

When using large flags, please be sure to pay close attention to the people around you.
The organizer may prohibit bringing in or using items that are judged to be defamatory, abusive, racist, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.
Regarding the installation and use of temporary handrails in the front row of the standing seats
Installation and use are only possible if the following conditions are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
※ Please be sure to protect the facility structure with cloth or similar materials.
※ FC Tokyo cannot be held responsible if the facility structure is damaged.
Prohibited Actions
Except in cases where the operations and safety manager deems it particularly necessary, please absolutely refrain from any J.League unified prohibited acts and the actions listed in the following items in any facility.
- The display or actions involving banners (flags, horizontal banners, etc.) that could be perceived as slanderous or discriminatory are prohibited. As a matter of common public decency and from the club’s standpoint, if it is judged to be slanderous or discriminatory, the displayed items will be removed, warnings will be issued regarding the actions, and if they do not stop, the person will be asked to leave. Furthermore, if such prohibited acts occur, the person may be banned from attending subsequent matches.
- Use gum tape when attaching a banner.
- Confetti, paper tape, bringing and using balloons.
- Use of laser pointers.
- Throwing of all objects including stones, coins, bottles and cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
- Intentional place-taking (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc). For more information, please check here.
- Use of loudspeakers directed towards the pitch. Only allowed for the purpose of controlling support towards the stands.
- Main Stand, Back Stand and Upper Stand behind the goal are allowed to bring and use drums and large flags.
(Only available in the lower stand area of the home general admission stand and the lower stand area of the visitor stand behind the goal) - Actions such as "stepping over, sitting, and standing up" on the front fence of the stand.
- Stand up on the chair, or watch and support by putting your feet on the back of the chair.
- Watch and support the game by leaning forward from the upper stand.
- Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Actions that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or cause inconvenience or danger to others, as determined by security personnel.
