About Experience and Membership

Can I visit the school?

School visits are free. Please check the days and times of the event and come to the school venue.

Can I experience the school?

If there are vacancies, you can experience it immediately. If there are no vacancies, you will be put on a waiting list and will be informed in order as soon as it is your turn. (You can apply for the experience here)

Please tell me about the cost.

Upon joining, you will need to pay: ① Membership fee (7,700 yen including tax), ② Two months of monthly fees (varies by course grade and venue), ③ Cost of apparel.
During the annual update for promotion, you will be required to pay the annual update fee (7,700 yen including tax).
*We only accept payment by credit card.
※There is no prorated monthly fee.

About School Activities

Is there a transfer system?

There is no transfer system.
If the school is canceled due to reasons such as rain and the number of guaranteed sessions for the year falls below the set amount, make-up classes will be provided separately.

How to check the status of events due to rain or thunder

The decision to hold the event will be made at each venue one hour before the start of the school, and we will inform you via the school event information on the website or, in the case of cancellation, to the email address registered on the members-only site.
In case of sudden weather changes or thunderstorms, the school may be temporarily suspended or abruptly canceled even after it has started.

How to Confirm School Event Dates

You can check it on the members-only site or the annual schedule distributed at the school venue.

Are there any games on weekends?

The school is not a team, so there are no practice matches or official games.
There may be events held a few times a year where game-style matches take place, but the timing and target grade levels vary.

How can I attend the Selected Class?

The Selected Class is for current elementary school students in grades 3 to 6 who attend the FC Tokyo Soccer & Futsal School (excluding staff-dispatched schools).
First, please apply for a trial at each venue. After enrollment, only those recommended by the coaches at each venue or by FC Tokyo can attend the Selected Class.

About the selection of Advanced Class

The Advanced Class is, in principle, for those who have passed the open format selection.
The selection is scheduled to be held every year from December to March for elementary school students in grades 3 to 5.

About events within the school

We hold events tailored to the target grade levels, such as home game events, camps, and exchange matches with other clubs.

What is a Staff Dispatch School?

These are schools where FC Tokyo dispatches its affiliated coaches to provide instruction at soccer schools hosted by various organizations.
Since the enrollment methods, fees, and event information vary depending on the venue for staff dispatch schools, please contact each venue for details.

Regarding Membership Cancellation, Suspension, Transfer, and Additional Procedures

How to proceed with membership suspension or cancellation?

Suspension requires the prescribed procedures to be completed by the 10th of the month prior to the desired suspension month.
It is possible to suspend membership for up to 3 months. During the suspension period, half of the monthly fee will be charged.
Cancellation requires the prescribed procedures to be completed by the 10th of the month in which you wish to cancel.
Each procedure can be completed through the members-only site.
Please refer to the members-only site operation manual that has been distributed for the procedure methods.

Can I move or add a school?

If there is availability at the school you wish to transfer to or add, you can transfer or add classes.
Please check the availability and experience the desired class.

Is there anything necessary when advancing to the next grade?

If there is no request to withdraw in March, the membership will be automatically renewed.
6th grade elementary and 3rd grade junior high students graduate in March and do not need to submit a withdrawal notice.
