Among the customers who participate in the campaign, those who complete the survey and set the d Payment app design to the "FC Tokyo Design" will receive a limited edition rubber band with the name of their chosen player!

Implementation Details

(1) Departmental Player Voting Campaign

During the campaign period, customers who visit the designated FC Tokyo support Docomo Shops, participate in the category-specific player voting campaign, and complete the questionnaire will receive an original rubber band as a gift.
Additionally, by lottery, customers will be awarded an autograph board signed by their preferred player.
The voting categories are five: Refreshing MAX, Charming MAX, Kindness MAX, Passionate MAX, and Mood Maker MAX.
Based on your votes, the players selected in each category will be announced later, and a reaction video will be published on FC Tokyo's official X account!

[Participation Requirements]
If the following conditions can be confirmed in-store, it will be considered that the participation requirements for this campaign have been met.
・Participate in the category-specific player voting via the dedicated in-store voting form (QR code), and the store staff must be able to confirm the voting completion screen.
・Have answered the dedicated in-store questionnaire.
・Have set the "FC Tokyo Design" using the dress-up feature of the d Payment app.

* By setting the "FC Tokyo design" using the customization feature of the d Payment app and shopping with d Payment, Docomo will contribute an amount equivalent to 5% of the d points earned through your usage as a support fund to FC Tokyo, backing the club. (There is no cost to the customer.)

【Participation Requirements】
Customers who meet all of the following conditions will be eligible for the lottery.
・At the designated stores, customers who have newly contracted or changed their contract to "docomo MAX" or "docomo Voikatsu MAX," or who already have a contract for "docomo MAX" or "docomo Voikatsu MAX" at the time of participating in this campaign.
・The intention to participate in the lottery must be confirmed at the store.
