Kamata School Opening Commemorative Event Held!

The FC Tokyo Soccer & Futsal School Kamata School will finally open on Wednesday, May 13, at "Ginza de Futsal - Kamata Stadium"!
Ahead of the opening, we have prepared three special events.
Children with no experience or those who want to improve more are all very welcome!
Please take this opportunity to join us. We sincerely look forward to your participation!

□ First Event: "School Trial Session" (Target: New U-5 to New 6th Grade Elementary Students)
□ Second Event: "Parent-Child Soccer Class" (Target: New U-5 to New 2nd Grade Elementary Students)
□ Third Event: "1-day Dribbling Class" (Target: New 1st Grade to New 4th Grade Elementary Students)

Event Details

□ 1st Event: 'Kamata School Trial Session'

Before the school opens, you can experience the atmosphere and training content of the FC Tokyo Soccer School! This is a chance to actually participate and check out points you’re curious about, such as "What kind of training do they do?" and "What is the coach’s atmosphere like?"
Even children participating for the first time can join with peace of mind, so please take this opportunity to experience the charm of the school!

□ Implementation Overview
Date: April 22 (Wed)
Target: U-5 to new 6th graders
Participation Fee: Free
Capacity & Time: See below
・New U-5 to New U-6 3:00 p.m. – 3:50 p.m. (Capacity: 18 participants)
・New 1st to New 3rd Grade 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Capacity: 20 participants)
・New 4th to New 6th Grade 5:10 p.m. – 6:10 p.m. (Capacity: 20 participants)

□Second Session: "Parent-Child Soccer Class"

We will hold a "Parent-Child Soccer Class" for children from U-5 to new 2nd graders and their guardians.
We have prepared training that parents and children can enjoy together while moving their bodies and cooperating!
Why not take this opportunity to enjoy soccer with your child and create memories?

□Event Overview
Date: Apr 29 (Wed, Holiday)
Target: New U-5 to New 2nd Grade Elementary Students + 1 Guardian
Capacity: New U-5 to New U-6 & New 1st Grade to New 2nd Grade Elementary Students (10 pairs, 20 people each)
Time: New U-5 to New U-6…8:50 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. / New 1st Grade to New 2nd Grade Elementary Students…10:00 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
Participation fee: 1,980 yen (tax included) / 1 pair (2 people)
*Payment must be made in advance by credit card at the time of application. Participation is confirmed upon completion of payment.
*In the event that the event is canceled, we will refund the full amount.

□3rd Session: '1-Day Dribbling Class'

This class is for children who want to take their skills to the next level!
Focusing on dribbling, we will conduct a practical skill improvement class.
Why not refine your play and seize the opportunity to grow with the FC Tokyo method?
We look forward to the participation of players who have the desire to "become stronger" and "grow"!

Date: Wednesday, May 6 (National Holiday)
Target: New 1st graders to new 4th graders
Capacity: New 1st to new 2nd graders (20 participants)
Time: New 1st to new 2nd graders…8:50 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. / New 3rd to new 4th graders…10:00 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
Participation Fee: New 1st to New 2nd Grade Elementary Students 2,420 yen (tax included) / New 3rd to New 4th Grade Elementary Students 2,640 yen (tax included)

・Bicycle parking and car parking available
・About a 10-minute walk from "Kamata Station (South Exit)"
※Parking capacity is about 20 cars. If full, please use nearby parking lots.

□Items to bring

(1) Clothing suitable for playing soccer (pants, socks)
(2) Athletic shoes or training shoes
(3) Shin guards
(4) Water bottle
(5) Towel
(6) Change of clothes
※No need to bring your own ball.

Please apply via the website "hacomono" following the steps below.

② Select the 【Home】 button at the bottom of the screen
* On PC, select 【Event Application】 from the left menu
③ Select 【Event Application】
④ Select the target event and target grade, then apply
Please note that if there is an error in the date of birth, you will not be able to apply for the corresponding grade.

* Please be sure to apply from this dedicated site. Applications by phone will not be accepted at all.
After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with hacomono. If you have not received the confirmation email, please ensure that you can receive emails from "@em.hacomono.jp".

Application Deadline

・School Trial Session: Until Apr 20 (Mon)
・Parent-Child Soccer Class: Until Apr 27 (Mon)
・1-day Dribbling Class: Until Apr 30 (Thu)
※All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
* There is no waiting list. You can apply if there is availability at the time of application.

About Cancellations

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel, please contact the school office (by email or phone) by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday of the event week.
※Please note that any cancellations or absences on the day of the event will result in a cancellation fee (full amount) being charged.
* Please note that cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will incur a full cancellation fee.

Others

You will receive a confirmation of your application via an automatic reply email. Please make sure to set your email to receive messages from [fctokyoschool@em.hacomono.jp] in advance.
・There is a possibility that the event may be cancelled due to natural disasters or severe weather. There will be no rescheduled date in case of cancellation. ※We cannot provide refunds if more than half of the scheduled time has been completed.
・Please note that the portrait rights of photos and videos taken at this event belong to FC Tokyo and may be used in various materials and activity introductions. Also, footage of this event may be published on websites and other advertising media introducing FC Tokyo's activities.
