[Call for Participants] FC Tokyo "2026 Spring Break 1-day Cup" Event Announcement
We will hold a "1day Cup" during spring break for children from 1st to 6th grade to further improve their soccer skills.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy a soccer experience with FC Tokyo.
Event Overview

FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches will provide precise coaching during the games, offering children opportunities to improve their skills.
You can develop sportsmanship and teamwork by becoming part of a different team and gaining new stimulation and values through the game.
□Eligible Participants
Boys and girls currently in grades 1 through 6 of elementary school
*Grade level as of April 2025 to March 2026
Any child in the eligible grade can apply.

□Participation Fee
3,300 yen (tax included / insurance fee included)
*Payment must be made in advance by credit card at the time of application. Participation is confirmed upon completion of payment.
*In the event that the event is canceled, we will refund the full amount.

Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground (Artificial Turf)

・About a 5-minute walk from Toei Shinjuku Line and Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line "Sumiyoshi Station" (Exit B1)
* There is no parking available for participants at the Fukagawa venue. Please use public transportation to come to the venue.

・Bicycle parking available / Car parking available ※Service tickets are not eligible
・About a 1-minute walk from Keio Line "Fuchu Station" South Exit / About a 5-minute walk from JR Nambu Line or JR Musashino Line "Fuchu-Hommachi Station"

(1) Clothing suitable for playing soccer (pants, socks)
(2) Shoes
※Spikes are not allowed only at the Fuchu venue
(3) Shin guards
(4) Water bottle
(5) Towel
(6) Change of clothes
※No need to bring your own ball.
□How to Apply
Please apply via the website "hacomono" following the steps below.

For first-time users, registration on the dedicated site hacomono is required.
② Select the 【Home】 button at the bottom of the screen
* On PC, select 【Event Application】 from the left menu
③ Select 【Event Application】
④ Select the target event and target grade, then apply
Please note that if there is an error in the date of birth, you will not be able to apply for the corresponding grade.

* Please be sure to apply from this dedicated site. Applications by phone will not be accepted at all.
After you apply, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with hacomono. If you have not received the confirmation email, please ensure that you can receive emails from "@em.hacomono.jp".

Until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 20
* All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
* There is no waiting list. You can apply if there is availability at the time of application.
□ About Cancellations</span></strong>
If you need to cancel, please contact the school office (by email or phone) by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 16.
※Please note that any cancellations or absences on the day of the event will result in a cancellation fee (full amount) being charged.
* Please note that applications made after the cancellation deadline will incur a cancellation fee (full amount).
□ Other
You will receive a confirmation of your application via an automatic reply email. Please make sure to set your email to receive messages from [fctokyoschool@em.hacomono.jp] in advance.
・There is a possibility that the event may be canceled due to natural disasters or severe weather. There will be no rescheduled date in the event of cancellation.
* No refunds will be given if more than half of the scheduled time has been conducted.
・The portrait rights of photos and videos taken during this event belong to FC Tokyo, and please be aware that they may be used in various materials and activity introductions. Additionally, footage of this event may be published on websites and other advertising media that introduce FC Tokyo's activities.
