[Deadline Approaching] [2026 Enrollment] Announcement of FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi Selection Event
In organizing the 2026 U-15 Musashi team, we will hold selections for current 6th-grade elementary school students based on the following details.
□Eligibility
Current 6th-grade elementary school students (born between April 2, 2013 and April 1, 2014)
*As a principle, candidates should be able to commute to the practice location (Tokyo Gakugei University Affiliated Koganei Junior High School) within 90 minutes from their home.

* Backup date: June 8, 2025 (Sun)
* Please check the examination guidance sent by email after confirming your application and participation ticket for details such as gathering time.
* The information will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID as of the application deadline (May 18 (Sun)).
* The 2nd and 3rd selections will be communicated only to those who pass.

<Regarding the Handling of Personal Information>
We will take responsibility for handling the personal information you provide in accordance with the "Privacy Policy". Please review the "Privacy Policy", agree to it, and fill in the required information.
・Application Procedure
(1) Create a J.League ID in the name of the player participating in the selection
(2) Register on the application form
(3) Pay the participation fee and issue the <Selection Participation Ticket>
(4) Download the <Examination Consent Form>, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
(5) Submit the <Examination Consent Form> at the reception on the day of the selection
・Application Procedure Details
(1) Create a J.League ID in the name of the player participating in the selection
Please select 'Obtain J.League ID and proceed' on the authentication screen of the application form below.
If you already have a J League ID under your name, please select 'Log in to J League ID and proceed.'

(2) Registration of Application Form
Please access the application form at the bottom of the page and fill in the required information.
* Please be sure to log in with the J.League ID of the player participating in the selection.
After completing your registration on the application form, a completion screen will be displayed, and a "Completion Email" will be sent to the email address registered with your J League ID.
* We will send you information from the email address "@fctokyo.co.jp", so please set your settings to allow receiving it.
(3) Payment of Participation Fee and <Selection Participation Ticket> Issuance
① Please pay the participation fee via the "Selection Participation Ticket Purchase URL" provided in the "Application Completion Email".
* Due to system reasons, the date shown on the ticket purchase site (May 26) differs from the selection date (May 25), but please purchase the ticket as is.
* For those who have completed both the registration on the application form and the payment of the participation fee by the application deadline of May 18 (Sun), details of the first selection (examination number, time, etc.) will be sent by email. The above email will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID by May 20 (Tue).
②Confirmation of the payment slip number
You will receive an email titled "Ticket Application Details Confirmation" from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp). Please check the "payment slip number (13 digits)" listed in the email.
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
* If you do not receive the email, please log in to the official J.League Ticket website and you can also check from "Purchase History" in the menu button at the top right.
③Please issue a at Seven-Eleven stores.
Please inform the store cashier of the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and have the ticket issued. If you inform in advance that you have made a purchase on the internet, the issuance process will be smoother.
* A system usage fee, issuance fee, and payment processing fee may apply per ticket, depending on the payment method.
* In the case of credit card payments (including d Payment and Rakuten Pay), to prevent unauthorized use, you cannot issue tickets at Seven-Eleven stores until 24 hours have passed after completing the purchase process. If you want to issue tickets within 24 hours, such as near the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
(4) Download the <Examination Acceptance Form>, fill in the required information, and attach the <Selection Participation Ticket>
Please download the PDF <Examination Acceptance Form> at the bottom of this page and fill in the required information.
If you belong to a team, a handwritten signature from the representative of the team (such as the coach) is mandatory.
Please attach the <Selection Participation Ticket> in the designated position of the <Examination Acceptance Form>.
* If you are not currently affiliated with a team, the handwritten signature of the team representative (such as the coach) is not required.
(5) Submit the acceptance letter at the reception on the day of the selection
Please ensure that all required information is filled out, the representative of your team (coach) has signed it in person, and the selection participation ticket is attached, and submit it at the reception on the day of the selection.
* Please note that if there are any deficiencies in the submitted documents, you may not be able to participate in the selection.
