FC Tokyo will collaborate with the Tokyo Metropolitan Health and Medical Bureau to promote "What You Can Do Now" health initiatives in the new normal following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. We will be conducting a PR campaign for the "Easy to Practice! Health Creation Support Guide".

On Saturday, October 28, 2023, during the 2023 Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company J1 League Sec. 31 match vs Sanfrecce Hiroshima (3:00 p.m. kickoff at Ajinomoto Stadium), promotional awareness goods will be distributed. In addition, interviews with players and staff will be featured on the "FC Tokyo Special Page" within the "Easy to Practice! Health Creation Support Guide" website. Please use this as an opportunity to support the health of Tokyo residents.

1. Distribution of Awareness Goods at the October 28 (Sat) Match Against Sanfrecce Hiroshima
Awareness goods (flyers, sticky notes, clear files) from the "Easy to Practice! Health Creation Support Guide" collaborated on by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and FC Tokyo will be distributed in the stadium concourse.

2. Awareness Message Video Broadcast
