FC Tokyo will hold a soccer tournament called "FC Tokyo Winter Cup 2022 supported by Sieg Corporation" for 6th graders.

We will hold a tournament for 6th graders from boys' groups and club teams that are active in Tokyo, aiming to create a memorable event for the last year of elementary school life.
Please check the following summary and tournament regulations, and we look forward to the participation of many teams.

□Purpose
To provide a tournament and match opportunities for 6th graders whose soccer activities have been restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to create memorable soccer experiences during their elementary school years.

※This is not a tournament participation format for accommodation. It will be a day trip.

□Match Venue
Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground (2-15-10 Sarue, Koto-ku, Tokyo)

□Participation Eligibility
・Teams mainly composed of 6th graders from youth groups or club teams active in Tokyo
・Completion of the prescribed application procedures
・All members must be enrolled in sports injury insurance
・Ability to participate until the end of the tournament schedule (including reserved dates)
・Agreement to the tournament organizer’s policies and instructions (such as infection control measures) upon participation
・Teams must be composed of participants who have obtained parental consent・In principle, teams should consist of 8 or more (up to 16) participants

Participation Fee
15,400 yen (tax included) / team

□Tournament Format
・Rules in accordance with the Japan Football Association competition regulations.
・Day 1: League matches with 4 teams in each block
　Day 2: League matches with 3 teams per ranking and placement matches
・Each match consists of two 15-minute halves (total 30 minutes) with a 5-minute halftime break.
・The pitch size is basically 68m × 50m.
・Refereeing is done by a single referee system, with mutual refereeing by the competing teams.
・The ball used is a size 4 ball, provided by the organizer.
・The number of registered players per team is up to 16.
・Each team is scheduled to play 3 matches per day.
(Training matches and friendly matches are not allowed)

※If there are many applications, the participating teams will be determined by lottery.
Regarding the lottery results, the reply deadline will be November 29 (Tue) after the deadline, and we will inform you by email to the contact person by the deadline.
※If you do not receive an email even after the reply deadline, please contact the following inquiry desk.

□ Other
・In the future, there may be changes or cancellations to the tournament format due to the worsening of the COVID-19 infection situation.
・Regarding parents' viewing, depending on the situation, there may be cases where watching is not possible or there may be restrictions on the number of people allowed.
・We will implement a service where professional photographers will capture photos during the event and sell them on the dedicated website "Cheese!"
・The personal information we receive may be used to provide information about FC Tokyo.
・The event may be featured on various advertising media such as FC Tokyo's homepage to introduce their activities. Please be aware of this in advance.
