Please note that we cannot respond to refund requests after the refund period has ended.

Ticket refunds for the Júbilo Iwata match on Feb 23 (Wed, holiday) and the Nagoya Grampus match on Mar 26 (Sat) will begin on Mar 29 (Tue) at 10:00.
We would appreciate it if you could review the refund methods below once again and proceed accordingly.
We would like to inform you about the ticket refunds for the matches canceled due to the suspension of team activities: the Júbilo Iwata match on Feb 23 (Wed, holiday) and the Nagoya Grampus match on Feb 26 (Sat).
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have purchased tickets in anticipation of the match. We kindly ask for your understanding.
* All purchased paid tickets, parking tickets, and meal (Yakiniku Victory Bento) exchange tickets are eligible for refunds.
* Those who have selected the SOCIO advance seating method are not eligible for refunds on annual tickets and can enter with their SOCIO card on the alternative date.
※Please note that the refund method varies depending on the purchase method.
* Please be sure to observe the refund period. Refunds cannot be made after the deadline, so please understand this in advance.
※Corporate annual tickets are handled differently. We will inform you separately by email, so please check the details there.

Regarding refunds for customers who purchased QR tickets, refunds will be processed by PIA Corporation, which operates J-League Ticket, using the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation.
Please confirm the preparation and procedure before the start of the refund, and complete the procedure by the refund deadline. Thank you for your cooperation.
<Procedure before receiving the refund notification email>
1. Please configure your settings to allow emails from the address "refundss@pia.co.jp".
①For the February 23 (Wed, Holiday) Júbilo Iwata match, the refund procedure guidance will be sent sequentially from the reception start date of March 29 (Tue). ②For the February 26 (Sat) Nagoya Grampus match, the refund procedure guidance will be sent sequentially from the reception start date of March 30 (Wed) from "refundss@pia.co.jp" to the email address registered with your J.League ID.
We will send the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of reception. Please note in advance. Please set up so that you can receive the notification email, such as releasing the domain.
※Please release the blocking setting if you are unable to receive emails with URLs.
※There is a possibility that it may be automatically sorted into spam mail on the mail server. Please also check if you have a separate folder as there is a possibility that it is stored in a folder other than the one normally used, such as spam mail.

Customer inquiries will be responded to sequentially between 11:00 and 17:00 on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and holidays such as Bon and New Year's).

Regarding the procedures after receiving the notification email
Please confirm that you will receive two refund-related emails per match.
1st email: Notification of the ID and password required for the refund (see below 2. Guide to the necessary ID and password for refunds)
2nd email: Notification of the URL for the refund procedure (see below 3. Guide to the refund procedure URL)

As soon as the refund preparations are complete, we will send the ID and password required for the refund to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
※The ID and password required for refunds will only be valid for this time. Please note that you cannot log in with a J.League ID.
※If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be issued an ID and password for each purchase.
※Please note that if you enter your login ID or password incorrectly 3 times, your account will be locked.

3. Guidance on the URL for refund procedures
After providing the ID related to the refund, a URL for the refund procedure will be sent from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
4. Please log in to the refund-only URL and register the account information for the refund destination.

※ Please make sure there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".
※If the deadline for the procedure has passed, we may not be able to process the refund. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.
5. Please confirm the deposit.
"After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register the account information of the refund destination at the bank account you registered at "4. Please deposit the amount of the purchased ticket price to the bank account."
If you complete the procedure by 8:50 to 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of that time frame, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
For those who purchased paper tickets issued at the store via 【Ticket FC Tokyo (J.League Ticket)】, and for those with pair seats
Customers who had their tickets issued at the store (7-Eleven) should bring their tickets to the register of the issuing store for a refund.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is written on the lower part of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)
If you have not yet issued a ticket with credit card payment, please issue it at the store once.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 on the day following ticket issuance.
