Announcement regarding ticket sales for the 4th match of the Meiji Yasuda J1 League on March 12, 2022, against Sanfrecce Hiroshima (kickoff at 15:00 at Ajinomoto Stadium).
This game will be held after the period of the current measures to prevent the spread of the virus. After consulting with the relevant authorities and organizations, we will start selling tickets with a maximum capacity of 20,000 people.

Please note that in the future, there may be changes in the number of visitors allowed or sales may be suspended due to changes in the situation, etc. Please understand.

*The South Side seats will be sold sequentially once either the Home seats or Back seats are sold out.

Notes on seat allocation
① All seats are designated seats for sale.
② The use of musical instruments (only drums) is allowed.
The seats where use is permitted are as follows. Use is not allowed in any other seats.
・Permitted noisemakers: drums only
・Seats where drums can be used
1. Part of the lower home free seating area (Seat numbers: N17 161–174, N16 161–174, N15 161–173)
2. Lower visitor seats
③ A standing support area (an area where standing to cheer is allowed) will be established.
The lower home seats and lower visitor seats can be used as standing support areas where cheering while standing is permitted. The standing support area does not force standing. It is an area where people standing will not be asked to "please sit down."
④ The use of large flags is permitted.
Our club operates large flags at home games as follows:
1. Definition of large flag: flag part (at least 1m vertical × 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m long
2. Use is prohibited outside designated areas to ensure the safety of all attendees. Please understand. *Please check the image below for designated areas.
3. When using large flags, please be sure to pay close attention to the people around you.
4. The organizer may prohibit bringing in or using flags if they judge the content to be defamatory, abusive, racist, for advertising purposes, contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.

⑤ The following items are still prohibited.
・Incite support (excluding leading hand clapping by drums)
- Cheering by singing songs or shouting, blowing a whistle
- Use of megaphones including Tramega
・High five, shoulder huddle
・Support with the use of big flags
・Acts such as displaying gate flags on seats that cause inconvenience to other customers

[Regarding Seat Spacing]
In accordance with the J.League COVID-19 Response Guidelines, by formulating and implementing an "Infection Prevention Safety Plan" designated by the government or prefectures, stadium capacity for the 2022 season can be sold without seat spacing; however, for this match, seating will be arranged in a checkerboard pattern with one seat left empty in front, behind, and to the sides.
※Please note that there are areas in the stadium where seats are not arranged regularly due to the structure.

Ticket Sales Process

※In previous years, ticket sales started at 8:00 AM, but for the 2022 season, sales will start at 10:00 AM.

＜About the event pattern＞
This season, we will provide you with information about the "event pattern" for each match.
Regarding the home games held in February, we are planning to implement "Pattern B" for the event, so please be seated in the designated seats.

▽Pre-allocated seating method
Entry is possible with SOCIO card.
Please use the seats indicated on the seat sticker for 【Event Pattern B】.
*Please use the seats indicated on the member-only My Page or on the seat sticker for 【Event Pattern B】.

▽Refund method
You cannot enter with a SOCIO card.
Customers need to purchase tickets themselves.
※Refunds will be made in a lump sum "after the end of the season".

Corporate annual ticket holders can use exchange tickets.
Please bring your ticket for the match and proceed to the exchange tent.

If it is not sold out in the pre-sale, Club Support Members for 2022 can purchase at the member price from the pre-sale date (up to 4 tickets per match).

【About Visitor Seats】
Tickets for "Visitor Seats" will be available for general sale starting from Feb 28 (Mon) at 10:00.
The area where you can watch the game wearing the visitor team's uniform and goods is as follows:
・Visitor seats, Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side
※Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side are mixed areas.
※Visiting team's uniform and merchandise can be worn, and seating areas where visiting team's supporters can cheer are the "Main SS Designated Seat South Side", "Main S Designated Seat South Side", and "Visitor Seat" mentioned above. All other seating areas will be FC Tokyo's cheering section.

□Purchase Method
Tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets) for the purpose of "identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection." Please note that there will be no sales at convenience stores or at the stadium's ticket sales on the day of the event.
We recommend purchasing QR tickets to minimize contact between customers and staff.

Differences in ticketing and payment methods
Due to the short sales period, the available purchase time varies depending on the ticketing and payment methods.
Please check the following and be careful not to invalidate the secured seat.

・Please note that being an early bird purchaser does not guarantee the availability of your preferred seat type, specific seat, or adjacent seat with the simultaneous applicant. Thank you for your understanding.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, entry will be denied and we cannot refund the ticket price, so please understand.
・Children who have not yet entered school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
