We will also be conducting the "Adult Soccer School (Beginner Class & Advanced Class)" in March 2022.
The venue will be "Marui Kichijoji Store Rooftop Futsal Court (Sportivo Kichijoji)".

[Beginner Class]
This is a class where beginners and women can participate with peace of mind.
I want to have fun moving my body! I want to have fun playing soccer! This class is recommended for those who want to learn the basic skills of soccer at a relaxed pace.
This is for those who have never had any soccer experience or have never learned it before, and for those who have learned it but want to enjoy playing soccer.

[Advanced Class]
This is a recommended class for those who have experience in soccer and want to further learn about soccer skills improvement and tactical knowledge.
This is for those who have experience in sports and regularly play soccer and are familiar with the movements.

Experience the fun of soccer with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

□ Eligibility and Capacity
For both classes, the feelings of enjoying soccer together, respecting each other, and striving for fair play are the same. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Beginner Class
For male and female soccer beginners aged 18 and above / Capacity: 16 people

＜Advanced Class＞
For men and women aged 18 and above with soccer experience (those who are competitive) / Capacity: 16 people

※If there are many applications, it will be a lottery.
※Please refrain from applying for both the Beginner Class and the Advanced Class.

※There is a possibility that the event may be cancelled due to the impact of COVID-19 or natural disasters. In the event of cancellation, there will be no rescheduled date.

□Reception Time
7:40 p.m. - 7:55 p.m.
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※If you arrive early, please wait outside the court rather than inside, and cooperate so as not to disturb the soccer school. Please come to the rooftop during the reception hours.

□Course Introduction
Each will proceed according to the flow described below.

Beginner Class
・Warm-up (loosening the body and mind while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
※The Beginner Class is a class for beginners and women, so the main focus is on basic exercises. Even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

＜Advanced Class＞
・Warm-up (We will engage in communication while preparing our bodies and minds, leading to Training 1)
・Training 1 (Basics = stopping, kicking, carrying ~ Advanced = performing basics in situations with opponents or teammates)
・Training 2 (We will perform practical exercises that are closer to the game by applying what we did in Training 1)
・Game (such as 5vs5)

□ Coaching Staff (Licenses Held)
Basically conducted with a two-person system.

・Ryu Uchiyama (Expected to obtain JFA Official Class C and JFA Official Class B in soccer)
※Usually in charge of soccer schools (FC Tokyo Chofu Tobitakyu School (Mon, Wed, Thu), Kichijoji School (Tue), Fukagawa School (Fri)).

・Hiroki Sakurazawa (Expected to obtain JFA Official Class C and JFA Official Class B in soccer)
※Usually in charge of soccer schools (FC Tokyo Fuchu School (Sun/Thu), Kichijoji School (Tue), Kokubunji School (Wed), Kodaira Tenjin School (Fri).

・Other FC Tokyo Promotion Department coaches
(Please note that the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule.)

□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per class per session (including insurance and tax)

<Regarding Payment of Participation Fee>
・The participation fee will be paid cashless at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event. Credit cards and transportation IC cards are accepted.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to call the school office by 5:00 p.m. on the day before (Mon).
※Please note that if you miss the 5:00 p.m. deadline on the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged. Also, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused participation in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be collected at your next participation.

※After the deadline, we may respond depending on the situation.
※After you apply, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you have not received the confirmation email, please make sure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp".

＜Application Deadline＞
・For the event on Mar 1, the deadline is until Feb 20 (Sun) 23:59
・For the event on Mar 8, the deadline is until Feb 27 (Sun) 23:59
※After the deadline, there may still be available slots, so please contact us at 03-5600-4441 to confirm.
※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The results of the lottery will be sent to you by email by the following Tuesday after the deadline.
※If you do not receive an email even on the day after the deadline, please contact the inquiry desk below.

<Regarding the Waiting List>
For those who were not selected in the lottery but wish to be on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery only if cancellations occur, and we will contact the winners by phone.

Facility Usage
・We will measure body temperature and confirm the health condition at the reception.
・Please wear a mask at the reception. Wearing a mask during play is optional.
・Please sanitize your hands at the reception.
※You will not be allowed to enter if any of the following applies.
・In case of fever
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. cough, sore throat, loss of taste, etc.)
・If there is a person suspected of being infected among family members or close acquaintances living together

□ Other
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself. In such cases, please make sure to contact us.
- Regarding shoes, please use sports shoes or training shoes. Spikes are strictly prohibited.
・Please cooperate with us in disinfecting the soles of your shoes at the reception.
・The changing room is located on the 5th floor of Marui Kichijoji. Please maintain distance from others when using lockers to avoid close contact, and refrain from engaging in conversations with other users.
・The ball is prepared here, so you don't need to bring it.
・Please note that the details of this event may be posted on various advertising media, such as FC Tokyo's website, to introduce their activities.
・The personal information we collect may be used to provide information related to FC Tokyo.
・Please cooperate by refraining from contacting the facility regarding this matter.
